Lorain Offers Economic Development Incentives to Homeowners An Ohio Community Reinvestment Area Program
Many people may not know that there are numerous incentives for homeowners to purchase property in the city of Lorain.

One of these incentives is an economic development tool administered by local government that provides real property tax exemptions for property owners who renovate existing or construct new buildings within five designated Community Reinvestment Areas (CRA). These designated areas are located throughout Lorain and are outlined above on the map.
