Causes Of Cellulite

Going on a healthy fat reduced diet may be a little harder to do because we are so used to foods that taste great. Most great tasting foods contain high fat and salt content. Once you overcome your bad food habits, it will become easier to eliminate foods that are high in fats and rich in sugars. A proper diet and regular exercise will dramatically affect the hormonal balance of your body. A simple change in your eating habits and regular exercise that causes you to sweat from exertion will work wonders for your health.

Have fun with your new program! Make it a habit to run no less than three times a week and by all means stay away from detrimental foods like instant foods and fried foods. Load up on raw fruits and vegetables because they have the most beneficial effects on your skin.

Alternative home remedies are many, but the ones that actually produce results are few and far between. One such home remedy that has produced positive results involves the use of caffeine. No, this is not as easy as having a couple of cups of coffee each morning, but it does involve the left over grounds that remain after brewing those cups. Take the grounds and mix them with a body lotion. After you’ve combined the two, massage the newly formed “coffee lotion” into your skin and then wrap the area with plastic wrap for thirty minutes. The caffeine on the skin increases the blood flow to the skin and breaks down fat deposits under the skin. Caffeine applied to the skin can reduce cellulite, caffeine that is ingested into the body does not have the same affect.

Before the advent of anti-cellulite creams, celebrities were packing coffee grounds regularly in the privacy of their mansions or in the health spas that they visited regularly. Today, they don’t have to go to the trouble of making their own caffeine based remedies, they just purchase anti-cellulite creams just the same way that you can. They are readily available on the internet and in the local drug store. Now that you know the celebrities’ secrets in successfully eliminating cellulite, you should give them a shot, because they will work just as well for you.
