Market Update

THE WINDOW IS STILL OPEN

Spring is in the air…. But the Sellers have yet to spring into action. With only 8 sales in the 1st Quarter, the demand for homes is prevalent. Properties that are well-priced and properly marketed are seeing a lot of action and great returns (even with the higher interest rates). Will it continue? While a recession may not equal a housing crisis; it, along with higher interest rates will likely lessen the rate of return for Sellers in the 3rd & 4th quarters.
