Team Loyalty!! In this issue we have some updates about COVID-19 and we are hoping that you and your families stay safe when going out. Some important dates are that Mother’s Day is Sunday May 10th and hope that everyone has a wonderful Mother’s day and can spend it with their families! Be sure to check out some of the new content that we have added about monthly birthstones and information about them so that we can expand our knowledge for customers about these precious stones. Letter from the President Hello Team Loyalty, Wow has this been crazy times or what! As is always deserved in my letter to Team Loyalty, I am again starting out with gratitude to all of you. Thank you to all the team members that have put in so much time and effort during this new way of doing business. I am not sure when or even if we will go back to our normal way of life or when there will be toilette paper on the grocery store shelves, but I am profoundly grateful to all of you for the way we have adapted as a company. As you were made aware Wayne, Javier and myself wanted to show you a little appreciation for the efforts and time you have put in and if you did work 4 days of your shifts each week we have chosen to give you all a little bonus each week for just showing up to your shifts. These are difficult, strange, and just simply weird times but we are a team and when we show and support or team there will be a reward for that effort. Thank You! Have you seen the changes? If not and if you have the time you should check out the upgrades at the El Camino and Roseville locations. The stores are looking amazing from walls, to floors and adding some luxury showroom space. Some other fabulous changes happening companywide is all the organizational and space saving work being put into all back rooms. Fantastic job on that but there is still more to be done and this is the time to get it done. We have the team members and we have the time. August will be a much different work environment; I feel and so do many other industry leaders throughout the nation that the end of July and the beginning of August will be a “tsunami� of the pawn industry and loans will be flooding our doors. So, let us be prepared. Again, thank you everyone, stay safe, keep up with the excellent work being done which is adding to our efficiency and be healthy and happy!! A Letter from the General Manager Hello Everyone, April flew by quickly! On top of the allergy season, that wicked Covid-19 is lurking! It is clear that when we stopped by each location, you guys have done an extraordinary job helping keep the work environment tidy and clean. I have also seen great social distancing at each store! Continuing to do so is necessary to help protect each other and our clients. Thank you all for your participation in the store ready and cleanliness. As mentioned from some managers, we are preparing the locations for our general good loans to come in. I have seen many of you working on consolidating the back parts of your stores. This will be necessary for preparing for the return of many items. Typically, in August we would see a spike or increase in loan volume as this is the time when many people are done taking summer vacations and school starts. Since 2020 is a little different, we are preparing to see loan growth in the month of July. Many of our clients have spent their tax refunds and stimulus already. This is a new time for us all so when we see our customers picking up many of their loans, please do not miss out on the opportunity to offer the loan promise card. We will continue to offer our great services during this time and are happy to help our clients when needed. So far, our online payment service has been a great success. We have many customers liking the new feature as it does add to a convenience during these uncertain times. Our online payment feature is great for both replacement loans and layaway payments. Please continue to remind our clients that we offer this service if they are unable to swing by. As every month goes, we continue to celebrate the excellence within our top three salespersons. We are proud to announce that Dominic T. got 1st place selling $24,332.00,2nd place was Joseph Contreras who sold $12,391.00 and Ramsey Lewis 3rd place who sold $11,714.20. A special thanks to everyone who is continuing to reach out to our clients via online forums, call back binders and other resources. These unusual times demand creative client interaction options. To conclude, please keep using the cleaning agents, sanitizer, masks and gloves provided by the company to help keep yourselves safe. Loyalty Pawn Family Greeting All You Cool Cats, and Kittens: Sorry I couldn’t help myself. I can’t believe May is already here and so is that nice weather. As we continue to go through all of this, I would first like to thank everyone who have been here through all this craziness going on and continuing to live our vison, values and goals. I think this is the calm before the storm though. As we see a bunch of our client’s pickup their stuff and buy up a bunch of our inventory, we all better be ready for when it comes back. This month we are going to get to know Dominic Tognolini an SLA from the Roseville location. All though some of you have never meet Dominic before you have definitely heard his name. He currently holds a few records at Loyalty Pawn, like longest streak of consecutive incentive and most sold by one person in one month. Dom has been in the sales industry for the better part of his life and has worked at such places like Toyota and Logo world which he owned. I asked what is one tip you can give people to help increase their sales. He said it always amazes me that people go through their entire sales presentation but never seem to finish it off and ask for the sale. Shop Talk Manager Updates El Camino Team Loyalty, Team El Camino has been hard at work all around. We have been utilizing this loan and inventory shrinkage to prepare for the influx of loans that we foresee coming in the near future. We have been moving existing loans up, back and properly binning them with like items. Big thanks to team El Camino for helping with all this hard work. I would also like to give a special thanks to Tito, Victor and Miguel for helping us with another special project in the warehouse. Florin Mall Hello Loyalty Pawn Family, What if happening at Florin, well with all this pandemic going on and everyone trying to stay safe. We still were able to sell almost $52k in sales. Great Job El Camino for coming in first place. We will come back strong. Florin has shrunk in loan balance and holding $1.4 mil. Ms. Ah Xiong is coming up to her 3rd month with us. Florin would like to thank West Sac and Broadway for lending us their team member to help Florin out. We appreciate it very much and will always be ready to help if ever needed. Roseville Hello Team Loyalty, I hope everyone is well and staying safe. Roseville is very excited to show off the new look of the showroom and we cannot wait to get everything finished up and ready for the state to be reopened. The team at Roseville wants to give a big shout out and thank you to Wayne and Javi for all the help and hard work with the store. It looks amazing and we are so happy with the change. It is awesome to think about how the store once looked and how much it has changed to become the store it is now. Broadway Hello Everyone, Hello Broadway fans moral is high even with the Covid 19 crazy. the Broadway team has been fantastic. The store is looking empty with everyone coming in and buying goods bikes have finally started selling with this great weather we are having and people needing things to do at home. Josh, George and Austin have hit there sales bonuses so we are all really proud of the effort they have been putting into there offer up pages. Looking forward to a new month. John Mark

West Sacramento Hello Team, Another month under the belt, It's incredible how fast time fly’s by. A lot of our clients are picking up their belongings and our warehouse is looking half empty. We are taking this opportunity to clean and organize the shelves and loans. Also, if you are visiting Yolo County, please be aware the we have a new ordinance that started 04.27.2020 of face covering for all essential businesses and clients. To all the stores thank you for helping eBay by sending good and clean product, it helps a lot. New laser jet mailers are in place and it's amazing how fast and silently they print. I want to give Brandy Davis a BIG SHOUT OUT for being one of the TOP members of the West Sac team. She really represents our values vision and goals Jose Velazquez

Golden 1 Center Upcoming Events

Due to the recent events, Coronavirus (COVID-19), all events, Kings Games and all events, have been cancelled at the Golden 1 Center. Once everything gets back to normal, we will continue to put events up that are available to request tickets for. Hopefully it will be soon, Go Kings!!
