President’s Letter
Hello Team Loyalty,
I hope everyone had a great June, I got married on the 22nd. My June was obviously extremely busy, preparing for the wedding and then took a family moon vacation for a few days to Cabo. Where I got sick, and my new wife had to leave early to take care of her mother in North Carolina.
Despite a few setbacks at the beginning, we are looking forward to spending our lives together. I do like to share with you all parts of my life as it is important to communicate our lives and know about each other when it comes to family, and we are the Loyalty Pawn family.
We are crushing it in our loan growth, keep it up and pay attention to our extensions and our sales. I am going to keep this short as I need to get to North Carolina to visit my wife and in-laws. Thank you all for everything you do!
Gratefully,
Stan Lukowicz, III

Letter from the General Manager
Greetings Everyone,
2024 is halfway over! Yet, the heat has just begun! I think I can speak for everyone when I say we would all be better off with a 90-degree summer. June was a predictable month for Loyalty Pawn. As we thought, we grew our loan book by 160k. Our sales were not impressive for the month as we missed the target at all locations. This is troubling because our inventory levels are growing, and our sales stagnate. We are still mindful of our jewelry and general goods. We are preparing more jewelry for transfer soon. Our goal setting is with purposeful intentionality, and we’re all able to benchmark the minimum increases through our sales negotiation and layaway program. We look forward to staying on track and being competitive.
Now it’s time to mention the leading salesman for the month and the quarter. For the month of June, Norma gave everyone a run for their money and achieved 1st place in sales. Following Norma, Dominic T. got second place and Danni R. 3rd place. Great job, team. We aspire to achieve high levels of greatness. Your hard work is appreciated and rewarded weekly. Thank You!!! As for the quarter, Dominic won first place, Norma 2nd place, and Danni R. 3rd place. Thanks again for your high engagement in serving the company’s goals!
To conclude, we genuinely appreciate our pawn family and are always looking forward to new and innovative ways to serve our clients and team members. We want to maintain a professional level of transparency and accountability. Please feel welcome and free to reach out to Javier, Stan, or me if anyone feels they have a creative idea that can expand to a company plan that can benefit everyone. We are always looking for innovative ways to cater to our strong following! Without a strong team, none of what the organization is building would be possible.
Sincerely,
Wayne Silliman General Manager

Loyalty Pawn Family
Happy 4th of July Loyalty Family, First and foremost, let's address the elephant in the room: we fell short of our retail goal last month. But fear not, because we have the tools and strategies to not only achieve our goals but surpass them by a remarkable 20% stretch. The secret weapon? Layaways! Layaways! Layaways! They are the key to our success, and we should make it a point to offer layaway options for most, if not all, transactions. Let's make layaways a constant topic of conversation in our one-on-ones, morning huddles, and weekly meetings. Layaways not only provide our clients with the opportunity to make affordable payments on their items, but they also work for us even when team members are not physically present. I have witnessed countless times how our highest producers have achieved their weekly goals while on vacation or during their days off, all thanks to their diligent management of their layaway books. As we enter this new month, we are presented with fresh opportunities to achieve the goals we rely on. It is essential that every member of our team contributes and becomes an integral part of our bottom line. I encourage each and every one of you to challenge yourselves and strive to be on the leaderboard. Security Awareness
With the rise of loan balances, our clients are in greater need than ever before. Unfortunately, as gold prices continue to skyrocket, criminals are becoming more desperate to strike. The 7-11 store located next door to El Camino has only been open for a few months, yet it has already fallen victim to three robberies, one of which occurred in broad daylight at gunpoint. In light of these incidents, it is imperative that we take every precaution to ensure our safety and security.
One of the key steps we can take is to conduct consistent inventory counts. This will help us identify any discrepancies or missing items, allowing us to promptly address any potential security breaches. Additionally, it is crucial that we always ask for identification when customers request to view jewelry. This simple yet effective measure can help deter criminals and ensure that we are dealing with legitimate individuals.
Furthermore, it is essential for all of us to become part of the jewelers' crime alert network. This network provides valuable information, tips, and news about the industry, helping us stay informed and, most importantly, safe. By actively participating in this network, we can collectively work towards preventing and addressing security threats within our industry.
In conclusion, with the escalating need of our clients and the increasing value of gold, the risk of criminal activity is on the rise. To protect ourselves and our business, we must remain vigilant, conduct regular inventory checks, request identification from customers, and actively engage with the jewelers' crime alert network. By doing so, we can better ensure our safety and contribute to the overall security awareness of our industry.

Our Team Loyalty,
Happy Birthday, America! July is here, and we hope everyone had a Fourth of July that was safe and as boomtastic as a firework finale. Speaking of fireworks, our sale is still lighting up the sky as we continue our flag 25% off promotion. Team El Camino is setting a new sales goal of a whopping 114k. Our inventory is bursting at the seams and our buy room is filling up faster than a water balloon in July. We've got to turn these goods into cash quicker than you can say "firecracker!"
With heatwaves blazing through town, don't forget to keep our clients cool with plenty of water, it's the little things that make a big splash! And speaking of hotness, our growth is sizzling, currently at 1.7M and rising faster than a thermometer on a scorching summer day.
A quick heads up, we're seeing a lot of "gas station gold" pouring into our store. Remember, test everything, we don't want any duds ruining the party! Stay cool, stay hydrated, and let's make this summer hotter than a Fourth of July barbecue.
Cheers to a blazing July ahead!

Hello Team Loyalty,
As we kick off July at Loyalty Pawn, we are not only driven to hit our monthly sales goal but also excited to embark on the third quarter and the second half of the year with renewed energy and determination. Our team is dedicated to providing the best deals and exceptional customer service, ensuring that each visit to our store is a rewarding experience. In addition to our in-store efforts, we are pushing our online presence further by actively engaging with our community on TikTok. TikTok is a great avenue to connect with new customers outside our local markets. Our new campaign is going to be focused on… Follow us for behind-thescenes looks, special promotions, and a closer connection with our brand. I want to give a big shout out to the Roseville team. Your support and dedication have been incredible, and together, we can make this month and this quarter a success!
Thank you!

Hello Team,
Our team is actively recalibrating our approach to hitting goals by emphasizing a return to basics in our training regimen. Recognizing the foundational elements that underpin our success, we are focusing on refining core skills, reinforcing teamwork dynamics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. By going back to basics, we are ensuring that every team member has a solid understanding of fundamental strategies and techniques, which are essential for achieving our collective objectives. This strategic pivot not only enhances our individual capabilities but also strengthens our collaborative efforts, driving us closer towards accomplishing our goals with confidence and proficiency.

Florin Mall
Hello Everyone,
I hope everyone had a fun and safe Independence Day! The weather has been incredibly hot lately, so make sure to stay hydrated. Team Florin is experiencing continuous growth, with more loans coming in. Currently, we have a loan balance of $1.9 million, and we're less than $50k away from hitting the $2 million milestone. Sadly, we will be saying goodbye to a valued team member, Stephanie Alfaro, who has been with us for over 2 years. We wish her the best of luck in her new endeavor. In July, our sales goal is $90k, which means we need to sell around $2900 per day to achieve it. We're also focusing on leveraging social media by listing all our inventory on platforms like Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp. On average, Team Florin acquires 2-3 new clients per day through these channels. Additionally, our layaway balance currently stands at $66k, and we aim to grow it to $100k by the end of the month. To help us reach our sales goal, we're offering an awesome 25% discount throughout July.
If you spend too much time thinking about a thing, you’ll never get it done. Make at least one definite move daily toward your goal. Bruce Lee
