Each listing will have a professional Home Book available for potential buyers to view and a nice display of information that they can take home with them. The Home Book will feature property information, seller disclosures, flyer, mortgage information, details about the listing, school report, nearby amenities and additional information you would like your buyers to know about your house. It is all about presentation and information available to potential buyers to keep you top of mind when they make their final decision.

I will create a personalized brochure featuring your property’s information and photos. I will include a community page with amenities important to buyers as well as a property location map. Copies will be available for all showings and Open Houses for potential buyers to view and take with them.

It is important to make your home available to potential buyers to view. With your permission, I will schedule your Open Houses. Selling your house is my priority and no other agent will know your house as much as I do! I will promote special ads featuring your open house on the Internet using Home Spotter. Every family that comes to your Open House will receive a folder featuring a customized flyer and details about your property along with other information about buying a home.

Throughout the listing I will send you weekly reports on the internet hits we receive on your house. Every Monday you will know exactly how many “virtual showings” we have, the prices of the homes within a certain radius, if any have sold or had price reductions. We need to know where we always stand. Without this information, others are simply “flying blind”. Bottom line is that you can expect great service from me. After every closing my company mails a survey to make sure that our clients are completely satisfied with the professional advice and service they received. My goal is to give you world class service and value. 8
