Once the listing is turned into my office, a profile sheet is uploaded to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). At once, over 500+ real estate agents will know your house is on the market and available to show to their qualified buyers. Within a few hours, your home will be featured with large multiple colored photos on www.RuhlHomes.com. Your house will have its own web page. The MLS number specific to your home becomes the web address for your house on the internet. We can easily track how many hits your house is getting and what time of the day the buyers are looking at your web page. I will also feature your home on my website for additional exposure and run ads directing potential buyers to your listing.
The buyers who drive by will see our familiar Ruhl&Ruhl sign out in front of your house. We can also include a flyer box with colored flyers designed to grab the drive-by buyer’s attention. If needed, I will place directional arrows to clearly drive traffic to your house.

Another way your home is exposed to the marketplace is through a professional high-gloss post card advertising your home as a “NEW LISTING!” to a radius of the 50 closet homes in your area. Neighbors can pass it along to others they know who are interested in buying a home in your neighborhood.
