On Tuesdays, we participate in a home tour with all other real estate companies. Agents drive to view the new listings in person. If a Realtor has a buyer looking within your price range, he/she will want to see the house in person as a preview. Firsthand viewing is a great way for agents to tell their buyers about your listing.
Your home will be the talk of the sales meeting! Each week the Ruhl Bettendorf office meets to discuss ways to improve our services, learn new ideas and network to discuss those listings that have just hit the market. On occasion a Realtor® looking for a house and another looking for a buyer are matched up for an in-house sale, but other companies do sell our listings as well.
