Camp fees
All of our summer camps are open to both Livingston Residents as well as non-residents. Non-Residents are subject to full price whereas Livingston Residents and Brookfield Residents are granted a discount on all programs.
LIVINGSTON RESIDENT RATE (RR)
Livingston resident rate applies to all Livingston residents in good standing. Tenants may also receive the Livingston resident rate, as long as the landlord has transferred their membership privileges.
BROOKFIELD RESIDENT RATE (BR)
Brookfield resident rate applies to all residents who live in a community which has been developed by Brookfield Residential. To receive the Brookfield Resident rate please call or email before registration.
NON-RESIDENT RATE (NR)/REGULAR PRICE
Non-Resident rate applies to all other registrants.
KIDSPORT/JUMPSTART
We are able to accept applications/registrations for families that cannot afford programs for their children. This must be arranged via KidSport/JUMPSTART prior to registration. THEY often requires proof of registration, please contact programs@livingstonhub.ca directly to discuss your options.

NON-RESIDENT REGISTRATION
All of our programs are open to all communities, if you have never done a program with us and you are not a resident in Livingston please send an email to info@livingstonhub.ca and we will be happy to make you an account. You will be able to register online, over the phone or in person once your account is made.

COVID-19 UPDATE
The Livingston Hub will follow any guidelines set forth by the Alberta Government. In the event that the program gets shut down, prorated refunds will be provided.
PHOTOS/VIDEOS
Photos and or videos may be taken by the Livingston HOA staff during events and programs and camps. These may be used for promotional materials. Any questions or concerns can be directed to programs@livingstonhub.ca
NON-RESIDENT ACCESS TO THE HUB
Non-Livingston residents will only be granted access to The Hub during the scheduled program time, and are not permitted to use facilities not included in programing and camps.
LATE REGISTRATION
In the majority of cases, we are unable to pro-rate programs or camps at this time for late registrations. We suggest registering for summer camps and programs early to avoid missed classed. If you have any questions or concerns please send an email to programs@livingstonhub.ca

WITHDRAWLS/ REFUND REQUESTS
All withdraw requests must be provided to the Program and Events Coordinator by email to: Programs@livingstonhub.ca. A $15.00 administration fee will apply to all camp withdraw requests, please see below.
-Requests to withdraw more than 14 days prior to Camps start date will result in a full refund and it will be issued to the original form of payment. A $15.00 administration fee will apply.
-Requests to withdraw from a program less than 14 days prior to the first day of the summer camp will be charged a 20% camp fee and a $15.00 administration fee will apply.
-Requests to withdraw from a camp after the first class will be issued for medical reasons only and a doctor's note is necessary at the time of the request. A pro-rated refund will be issued to the original form of payment and a $15.00 administration fee will apply.

TRANSFERS
All transfer requests must be provided to the Program and Events Coordinator by email to: Programs@livingstonhub.ca.
All transfers are subject to availability. Program fee differences may apply. No transfers will be permitted after one week of the program start date unless for medical reasons and documentation is required at the time of the request.
PRO-RATES

CANCELLED AND/OR POSTPONED CLASSES
We do our best to avoid cancelling classes or postponing classes but occasionally it does happen. Cancellations happen for various reasons and you will be contacted directly via the email provided in the registration process about any program cancellations/postponements as soon as possible.
The program coordinator will provide alternatives depending on the circumstances these may include but not limited to:
1. A pro-rated refund to the original form of payment
2. A pro-rated credit your account
3. A make-up class
*In the case that a makeup class is scheduled and it does not work within your schedule, you must contact the program coordinator directly prior to the end of the scheduled program to discuss alternate options.

In the event a program is cancelled due to low registration, you will be notified by email prior to the programs start time WITH THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
1. Transfer participant to another program (subject to space availability)
2. Receive an account credit for future use
3. Receive a refund for the program on original method of payment
General Information for all Camps:
• Failure to attend a camp does not cancel enrollment, and refunds will not be issued.
• Please review our full cancellation, withdrawal, and refund policy prior to registering.
• Each camper should come prepared with appropriate clothing, including running shoes, a jacket, hat, sunscreen, sunglasses (if needed), a refillable water bottle, and snacks.
• Full-day camps will also require a lunch, a swimsuit, and a towel each day.
• Camp-specific information, including any additional details or reminders, will be emailed to parents prior to the start of camp.
• In the case of poor weather, outdoor time will be replaced with various indoor activities and additional gymnasium time.
Allergen Awareness + Camps:
A reminder that we are an allergen-aware facility. To ensure the safety of all campers, sharing of food is strictly prohibited in consideration of those with allergies. We encourage families to pack allergy-friendly snacks and lunches when possible. Additionally, all campers will be required to wash their hands before and after eating to help prevent cross-contamination and maintain a safe environment for everyone. Please inform us of any allergies during the registration process so we can take appropriate precautions and support your child’s needs.

CAMP DESCRIPTION
Ahoy, young explorers! Set sail for a week of pirate adventures, treasure hunts, and island fun at Adventure Island Summer Camp! This 3-day camp is packed with creative crafts, outdoor challenges, splash park excitement, and gym games. Whether your child is building pirate ships, solving treasure hunts, or engaging in epic water balloon battles, they’ll have an unforgettable adventure!
Younger Campers (Ages 5-7)
For our youngest pirates, this group will enjoy fun activities like creating pirate ships, designing parrot sidekicks, embarking on scavenger hunts, and playing in the splash park. Every day will be filled with exciting challenges tailored to their adventurous spirits.
Older Campers (Ages 8-12)
For our more experienced pirates, this group will take on exciting challenges such as building cardboard pirate ships, solving treasure hunts, and competing in gym games like pirate dodgeball and volleyball. They'll work together to conquer more complex tasks and games.
Our HUB camp leaders, a team of passionate, experienced, and energetic staff, are dedicated to creating a safe, fun, and inspiring environment for every child. With their guidance, campers will leave with unforgettable memories and new friends from their Adventure Island journey!
