program fees All of our programs are open to both Livingston Residents as well as nonresidents. Non-Residents are subject to full price whereas Livingston Residents and Brookfield Residents are granted a discount on all programs.

LIVINGSTON RESIDENT RATE (RR)

Livingston resident rate applies to all Livingston residents in good standing.

Tenants may also receive the Livingston resident rate, as long as the landlord has transferred their membership privileges.

BROOKFIELD RESIDENT RATE (BR)

Brookfield resident rate applies to all residents who live in a community which has been developed by Brookfield Residential. To receive the Brookfield Resident rate please call or email before registration.

NON-RESIDENT RATE (NR)/REGULAR PRICE

Non-Resident rate applies to all other registrants.

KIDSPORT/JUMPSTART

We are able to accept applications/registrations for families that cannot afford programs for their children. This must be arranged via KidSport/JUMPSTART prior to registration. THEY often requires proof of registration, please contact programs@livingstonhub.ca directly to discuss your options.

All of our programs are open to all communities, if you have never done a program with us and you are not a resident in Livingston please send an email to info@livingstonhub.ca and we will be happy to make you an account. You will be able to register online, over the phone or in person once your account is made.

COVID-19 UPDATE The Livingston Hub will follow any guidelines set forth by the Alberta Government. In the event that the program gets shut down, prorated refunds will be provided.

PHOTOS/VIDEOS Photos and or videos may be taken by the Livingston HOA staff during events and programs. These may be used for promotional materials. Any questions or concerns can be directed to programs@livingstonhub.ca

NON-RESIDENT ACCESS TO THE HUB Non-Livingston residents will only be granted access to The Hub during the scheduled program time, and are not permitted to use facilities not included in programing.

LATE REGISTRATION In the majority of cases, we are unable to pro-rate programs at this time for late registrations. We suggest registering for programs early to avoid missed classed.

withdrawals No exceptions will be made to the policy outlined below.

WITHDRAWLS/ REFUND REQUESTS All withdraw requests must be provided to the Program and Events Coordinator by email to: Programs@livingstonhub.ca. A $15.00 administration fee will apply to all program withdraw requests, please see below.

-Requests to withdraw more than 14 days prior to program start date will result in a full refund and it will be issued to the original form of payment. A $15.00 administration fee will apply.

-Requests to withdraw from a program less than 14 days prior to the first day of the program will be charged a 20% program fee and a $15.00 administration fee will apply.

-Requests to withdraw from a program after the first class will be issued for medical reasons only and a doctor's note is necessary at the time of the request.

A pro-rated refund will be issued to the original form of payment and a $15.00 administration fee will apply.

cancellations CANCELLED AND/OR POSTPONED CLASSES

We do our best to avoid cancelling classes or postponing classes but occasionally it does happen. Cancellations happen for various reasons and you will be contacted directly via the email provided in the registration process about any program cancellations/postponements as soon as possible.

The program coordinator will provide alternatives depending on the circumstances these may include but not limited to: 1. A pro-rated refund to the original form of payment 2. A pro-rated credit your account 3. A make-up class *In the case that a makeup class is scheduled and it does not work within your schedule, you must contact the program coordinator directly prior to the end of the scheduled program to discuss alternate options.

CLASS DESCRIPTION This summer, youth ages 9–12 can hit the court every Monday for an action-packed basketball program designed to sharpen skills, boost confidence, and foster a true love of the game.
