Grilling, Chilling, and Dad-Level Wisdom

June is here, and with it comes sunshine, sizzle on the grill, and a well-deserved moment to celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who keep life interesting (and the lawn looking great). With four daughters at home, Father’s Day is a pretty big deal in our house—especially since it’s the one day Jake gets to make some decisions around here.

This edition is our Men’s Issue, and we’ve packed it with stories that reflect strength, community, and good old-fashioned local pride. Our City List highlights top picks in categories like barber, chiropractor, bar, golf course or country club, microbrewery, cigar lounge, and fast-casual restaurant—all nominated by readers like you. Flip to page 16 to see who earned Readers’ Choice honors this month, and follow us on Instagram (@ bridgewater_somerset_hills) as we spotlight new categories throughout the year.

We’re also proud to feature stories of talent and craftsmanship. Meet the founders of Jersey Cyclone Brewing on page 28—local beer lovers turned entrepreneurs whose passion for hops (and community) is contagious.

Want to see what it’s like behind the scenes at Super Bowl Media Week? Turn to page 32 for a recap of the whirlwind trip our Publication Director Carly Mac Manus and I took to New Orleans. (Spoiler: it lived up to the hype.)

On page 40, you’ll also find a feature on GreenRose Design Build, where Steve Moran and Ken Malian are redefining renovation with creativity and heart. From flipping houses to restoring a 1755 colonial, their projects are as personal as they are polished.

Looking to level up your outdoor space? Page 50 introduces The Todd Group, a local firm creating stunning, functional landscapes with sustainability and style at the forefront.

And don’t miss our spotlight on Kevin Trimarchi of 22 West Bar & Grill, who’s building a legacy of family, flavor, and community connection—both at the dinner table and in the ballpark.

Wishing all the dads out there a Father’s Day filled with love, laughter, and maybe a few uninterrupted moments on the couch.

GreenRose Design Build: Transforming Spaces with Expertise, Creativity, and a Personal Touch – One Renovation at a Time

ARTICLE BY CARLY MAC MANUS PHOTOGRAPHY BY RICH SILIVANCH
Before - Kitchen
Ken Malian and Steve Moran

GreenRose Design Build, an award-winning design and construction firm, is redefining the standard for residential and commercial projects. Co-owned by Steve Moran and Ken Malian, the company began by flipping homes, where their passion for design truly took shape. Over time, it evolved into a full-scale designbuild firm, fueled by clients’ admiration for the duo’s work. Today, GreenRose is known for its seamless approach to new home construction, home extensions, second-story additions, whole-home renovations, partial renovations, and kitchen and bath remodels.

While industry accolades are gratifying, for Steve and Ken, success is measured by client satisfaction and the creation of remarkable spaces. Their one-stop service ensures a smooth process from concept to completion, with initial meetings to explore ideas, continuous open communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

A DYNAMIC DUO WITH UNMATCHED EXPERTISE

Steve and Ken bring a wealth of experience to every project. In addition to his background as a corporate controller and mortgage broker, as well as his work with GreenRose, Steve is also a licensed realtor with Turpin Realtors. His expertise in design and client relations, paired with his signature sense of humor, creates

a seamless and enjoyable experience for every client. Ken, with over 25 years of experience in Manhattan real estate, previously worked as a sales manager for a major firm. He handles project logistics, scheduling, and marketing, ensuring each project is managed with creativity and professionalism.

Together, they have mastered the art of real estate, design, and construction, delivering projects that are both innovative and thoughtfully executed.

A PASSION PROJECT: RESTORING A 1755 COLONIAL IN CHESTER, NJ

Among their most rewarding projects is the restoration of a 1755 colonial stone house in Chester, New Jersey, which also became their personal home. While structurally sound with twofoot-thick stone walls, the house had been “lived-in hard” and required a full renovation.

EXTERIOR TRANSFORMATION

The exterior received an extensive makeover. Every window and door was replaced with new, energy-efficient models. Overgrown landscaping, which had once obscured the second-story windows, was cleared to reveal the home’s grandeur. To improve curb appeal, the duo replaced the crumbling brick steps with elegant bluestone, constructed new porch pediments using stone from the original house, and added urns for charm. The drafty Dutch door was replaced with stunning

8-foot mahogany and glass doors, inviting natural light into the home. The garage doors were upgraded to custom mahogany with a farm-style aesthetic, enhancing the home’s historic character.

INTERIOR REVITALIZATION

Inside, nearly every room was reimagined. The living room, previously marred by a gaping hole in the ceiling, now features a fluted limestone mantle and a new marble hearth. The three original fireplaces—though currently unusable—are planned to be retrofitted with natural gas fixtures. The original 15-inch-wide pumpkin pine hardwood floors were preserved, adding a warm, historic charm. In the kitchen, low ceilings presented a challenge, but the team incorporated custom low-voltage spot lighting to provide task illumination and highlight artwork. The quartzite countertops,

finished with a leathered texture, offer a modern touch that complements the home’s historical features. The original blue stone patio, once cracked and worn, was expanded using the same stone from the property, blending history with functionality. Additionally, a permanent outdoor portico was added for both shelter and aesthetic appeal.

The year-long transformation was a labor of love, and the project deepened their passion for both restoration and design.

COMMITTED TO COMMUNITY & CRAFTSMANSHIP

Steve and Ken’s commitment extends beyond their work. As former residents of Bernardsville, they remain active members of the Design Committee for the Main Street Bernardsville project, working to beautify and revitalize the historic town.

At GreenRose Design Build, every project is treated with the same care and attention as if it were their own home. Steve and Ken’s blend of creativity, passion, expertise, and commitment to excellence ensures that each project is a success.

BREWING Memories, ONE SIP at a Time

Since 2019, Jersey Cyclone Brewing has been crafting memories in each glass of beer brewed locally in Somerset.

The dream of Jersey Cyclone Brewing dates back to the aftermath of Hurricane Irene, where Owners  and friends, Jan Chwiedosiuk and Brian Teel began homebrewing as a way to share passion and creativity with their family and friends.

In operation since May 2019, after challenging times during the pandemic, today Chwiedosiuk is most proud of their customer base. “These are people who have held the business together and helped us persevere through  COVID times,” Chwiedosiuk says. “They stood in line and picked up cans, bottles, growlers — whatever we were selling.”

“It takes a team to raise a brewery” Chwiedosiuk says with pride as he talks about his team at Jersey Cyclone Brewing.  He goes on to say, “they are the face of the company and embody the same passion of serving the community with great beer”

Jersey Cyclone Brewing: Where Beer Meets Local Connection

In turn, Jersey Cyclone Brewing supports the community, whether it is a space where memories are made, a site to fundraise for causes or a place for inspiration, education and fun. “People say, ‘You’re not a community until you have a brewery in it,’” Chwiedosiuk notes. “The goal of a brewery is to be integrated in the community.” The brewery engages local businesses to give them exposure through events, which have ranged from mozzarella-making to charcuterie boards to Lego nights. Plus, at Jersey Cyclone, you can catch some of the area’s best local musicians.

Over the years, Jersey Cyclone Brewing has prided itself in collaborating with local businesses, not only through supplying them fresh locally crafted beer but also through beer collaborations and even brewing an annual Festbier for Deutscher Club of Clark, which is one of New Jersey’s largest German Clubs.  “We are proud to be part of their Oktoberfest celebration,” Chwiedosiuk says.  The annual celebration draws tens of thousands of people to the Deutscher Club grounds in Clark.

As a private event space, the brewery has served as the site for celebrating milestones. Chwiedosiuk recalls one woman who threw a birthday party at the brewery for her boyfriend. They then held their engagement party and later their wedding after-party there.

“When customers walk in, they will see a well-maintained, cozy space. Our intent is for them to experience the beer we have on draft and be exposed to something new,” Chwiedosiuk says. To this end, the brewery continues to release new beers every week to keep their sixteen (16) taplines full and the beers forever rotating.  These weekly releases have become a staple with Jersey Cyclone Brewing’s customer base.  Their website sets the stage for the story the beers tell. Take, for example, the description of Boardwalk Dreams IPA: “You stroll the boardwalk on a hot summer day as you walk by your favorite shops. You walk in and out of the stores leisurely as the sound of music and chatter fills the air. All of a sudden, a delicious smell fills the air...” or Eye of the Storm Citra American IPA: “When you enter the eye of a storm, you enter a calm and balanced place amidst a circle of darkness and destruction.”

“We’re proud of being able to allow our customers to experience this, to take that journey with us. At the end of the day, we write the story through the quality products and memories we make.”

“At

the end of the day, we write the story through the

product we make.”

SUPER BOWL LIX IN NEW ORLEANS

I’ll admit, I’m not the biggest sports fan out there. But there’s one event a year I just can’t miss—and that’s the Super Bowl! It’s not about the game for me; it’s about the energy, the celebrities, the parties, and the chance to be part of one of the biggest events in the world. So when our publisher, Tiffany Slowinski, and I were invited to attend Super Bowl LV in New Orleans, we didn’t hesitate. We packed our bags and hopped on a plane to the Big Easy to experience the festivities firsthand.

A NEW ORLEANS ADVENTURE

Super Bowl LIX took place in the iconic Caesars Superdome, and New Orleans was absolutely electric that week. The city was buzzing with high-energy events, and the Super Bowl seemed to elevate everything. It was also Mardi Gras season, so the festive atmosphere was everywhere. Parades, music, and that signature NOLA charm made it the perfect backdrop for the biggest football event of the year.

INTERVIEWING LEGENDS

Even though I’m not a die-hard sports fan, getting to interview some of football’s most iconic figures was surreal.

We first chatted with Patrick Mahomes, and unless you've been living under a rock, you know he is the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs. He was as down-to-earth as they come. When we asked about his plans for the offseason, he gave us a

glimpse into his life beyond football. "I’m looking forward to hanging out with my kids, spending quality time with my wife, and doing the normal day-to-day activities that I don’t always get to do during the season," Mahomes said. It was refreshing to hear him talk about the simple pleasures of life after a high-stakes season.

WEB SEARCH RESULTS:

Next, we sat down with Andy Reid , the legendary head coach of the Chiefs. Reid’s humility and genuine love for his players were evident. "It’s about the players, their dedication, and their passion," Reid said. "My job is to guide them and help them realize their potential." His leadership style is all about empowering his team.

Of course, we couldn’t leave out the Eagles—my personal favorite. We had the chance to speak with Nick Sirianni, the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles, who was just as charismatic as Reid. But the most inspiring interview was with Jalen Hurts, the Eagles’ star quarterback. Hurts spoke with incredible poise, reflecting on his journey to the Super Bowl and how far the Eagles had come since last season. He emphasized the importance of staying grounded and trusting the process, no matter the outcome.

BOWL WEEK MADNESS

It wasn’t just the interviews that made the week unforgettable. We attended The Super Bowl LIX Media Party, filled with media personalities and networking opportunities. The energy was high and we caught up with familiar faces from the sports and entertainment worlds. We also helped ourselves to unlimited food and drinks. The next morning I may have regretted that last daiquiri refill.

Another major highlight was opening night, an event where players, coaches, and celebrities gather to kick off the festivities. We were there to capture it all, from

red carpet arrivals to the frenzy of media interviews. We were up close and personal and everyone was eager to talk, laugh, and pose for photos.

RADIO ROW AND THE MEDIA FRENZY

During the week, we also spent time at Radio Row, the media hub of Super Bowl Week. This is where athletes, celebrities, and influencers gather to give interviews and share insights. We connected with major media personalities and got a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into covering the world’s biggest sporting event. The energy was contagious, and we felt like we were right in the middle of the action.

SHOPPING AT THE NFL STORE & SNEAK PEEK AT THE NFL EXPERIENCE

One of the highlights of our trip was visiting the NFL Store, a pop-up shop packed with exclusive Super Bowl gear. I can never resist a good shopping spree, so I grabbed a Super Bowl LIX sweatshirt (and, of course, some Eagles merch for my dad, who may be the biggest Eagles fan I know). Tiffany was on the hunt for the most blinged out shirt she could find, and the options did not disappoint—perfect keepsakes from the big week!

The real excitement came when we got a sneak peek at the NFL Experience before it opened to the public. This massive interactive fan attraction was filled with games, simulations, and tons of NFL memorabilia. It tried the quarterback challenge (let’s just say, I’m no Mahomes), while Tiffany decided to brush up on her sports trivia and had a blast exploring the NFL’s rich history.

The NFL Experience captured the true spirit of the game, celebrating everything from NFL history to fan engagement. Getting an early look at it was a special treat, and it’s a must-see for anyone heading to the Super Bowl in the future!

THE FINAL COUNTDOWN TO THE BIG GAME

As the week came to a close, we attended the final media day, and the anticipation for Super Bowl Sunday reached a fever pitch. Everyone was talking about predictions, strategies, and, of course, the party that would follow. We also celebrated the legendary Leigh Steinberg (the inspiration for the character of Jerry Maguire). It was clear that the Super Bowl wasn’t just about the game—it was a celebration of everything that makes sports culture so unique.

LOOKING AHEAD: SUPER BOWL LX AT LEVI'S STADIUM

Whether you’re a die-hard fan or just in it for the experience, the Super Bowl brings people together in a way few other events can. Tiffany and I may not be the biggest football buffs, but Super Bowl LIX was an adventure we’ll never forget. From interviews with football legends to media parties and everything in between, this trip was everything we could’ve hoped for and more.

Until next year, Super Bowl LX! We’ll be there, ready for more.

As much as we loved Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans, we’re already looking forward to next year’s Super Bowl LX in Santa Clara, California, at Levi's Stadium. If Super Bowl LIX was any indication, we’re in for another unforgettable experience. With the excitement of the game, the media frenzy, and the overall atmosphere, we can’t wait to see what the next Super Bowl has in store. Will we be back? Absolutely!

BUILDING DREAMS

Magnolia Home Remodeling Group: A Family Affair Built on Craftsmanship and Care

PHOTOGRAPHY BY

REMODELING GROUP

Magnolia Home Remodeling Group (MHRG) has established itself as a leading name in New Jersey’s home remodeling industry, thanks to its dedication to quality craftsmanship and a deep sense of family values. Founded in the mid-90s by Vic Fiore and his brother-in-law Chris Fontana, the company has grown organically, relying on a reputation built on hard work, exceptional customer service, and personal connections.

“People come to us with ideas, and we help them bring those ideas to life. We can work with their budget and make sure they get the most out of their investment.”
—Vic Fiore

In a recent interview, Fiore shares insights into the foundation and success of MHRG, touching on its origins, growth, and the special bond that fuels the business.

A FAMILY-ORIENTED BUSINESS

Fontana and Fiore's journey into home remodeling began shortly after they graduated from college. Fiore, a graduate of Rutgers University, and Fontana, who studied at York College of Pennsylvania, decided to team up in what turned out to be a perfect business partnership. Their shared background in construction—with Fontana's father working as a construction supervisor at Con Edison and Fiore's family involved in various trades like contracting and electrical work— set the stage for their venture into home remodeling.

“We've always been around construction,” Fiore says. “When Chris got engaged to my sister, it just made sense for us to team up and start something together. We’ve been working together ever since.”

BUILDING A REPUTATION THROUGH QUALITY WORK

What started as a small operation in the 90s has evolved into a well-known name in the community. Magnolia Home Remodeling Group is known for its diverse range of services, from interior and exterior remodeling to additions, dormers, kitchens, bathrooms, and more.

“We do pretty much everything—kitchens, bathrooms, basements, roofing, siding, and outdoor living spaces,” Fiore says. “But the key to our success has always been our satisfied customers. A lot of our business comes from referrals and repeat customers. They trust us, and that’s been the biggest driver of our growth.”

Over the years, Magnolia has carefully expanded its services and built a loyal client base. The company’s approach is simple: deliver high-quality work and maintain strong relationships with clients.

A HANDS-ON, FAMILY-RUN BUSINESS

Unlike many companies that claim to be family-owned, Magnolia’s hands-on approach is genuine. Fiore and Fontana are deeply involved in every aspect of the business, overseeing projects, meeting with clients, and ensuring that every detail meets their high standards.

“We’re very hands-on,” Fiore explains. “We run the business, we manage it, and we are on-site regularly. Our team members—even those who aren’t family—feel like family. Everyone’s invested in the success of the business and in making sure our customers are happy.”

This family-oriented atmosphere extends beyond Fiore and Fontana. Other family members, including nieces and wives, are actively involved in the business. “It’s great because we get to grow the business together. And the people who work here—they want to see the business succeed, too. We treat each other like family.”

TAILORED TO CLIENTS’ NEEDS

One of the company’s standout features is its commitment to understanding the unique vision and needs of each client. Fiore notes that MHRG prides itself on working closely with customers to create personalized remodeling plans that align with their goals and budgets.

“We listen to what our clients want,” Fiore says. “People come to us with ideas, and we help them bring those ideas to life. We can work with their budget and make sure they get the most out of their investment.”

SEASONAL CONSIDERATIONS AND PLANNING

With summer approaching, Fiore highlights that some home remodeling projects are better suited for certain times of the year. For example, roofing and siding projects are typically best scheduled in late spring or early summer, as the warmer weather allows for optimal conditions.

“People often get in touch with us in the winter to plan for spring or summer projects,” Fiore says. “That way, when the weather turns, we’re ready to go. Kitchens, bathrooms, and basements are projects we can handle year-round, but for outdoor projects, starting early ensures you can enjoy them all summer long.”

THE MAGNOLIA DIFFERENCE

What sets Magnolia apart from its competitors is its unwavering commitment to quality and attention to detail. Fiore emphasizes the company's dedication to using the best materials and working with skilled professionals to deliver exceptional results.

“We invest in better installers, better materials, and more project management,” Fiore explains. “Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible experience, from

start to finish. And it’s all about building relationships— with our customers and with the people we work with.”

GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

In addition to their work in residential remodeling, Magnolia has also given back to the community by participating in charitable projects. The company has partnered with  George to the Rescue, a popular NBC show that helps families in need of home renovations. Magnolia’s involvement in such projects reflects their deep-rooted commitment to making a positive impact.

“We’ve worked on projects for Make-A-Wish and George to the Rescue, helping families who truly need it,” Fiore says. “It’s gratifying to use our skills to give back and make a difference in people’s lives.”

LOOKING TO THE FUTURE

As for the future, Fiore and Fontana have no intention of growing too quickly or losing sight of what made their business successful in the first place. While Magnolia continues to expand its services across New Jersey, they

remain focused on maintaining the quality of their work and the relationships they’ve built over the years.

“We want to grow, but we want to do it carefully,” Fiore says. “We want to continue providing a high level of service and ensuring that we’re the right fit for our clients. We don’t want to spread ourselves too thin.”

A LASTING LEGACY

For Magnolia Home Remodeling Group, the future looks bright. As the company continues to grow, their focus on family, quality, and customer satisfaction will remain at the heart of everything they do.

From their humble beginnings to their present-day success, Fiore and Fontana's shared vision for Magnolia is a testament to the power of hard work, dedication, and the importance of family in business. For anyone looking for reliable, top-notch home remodeling services in New Jersey, Magnolia Home Remodeling Group is a name that stands out for all the right reasons.

fatherhood, flavor, and family fun

From family-friendly restaurants to quality time on the green, restaurateur Kevin Trimarchi mixes business with bonding

To restaurateur Kevin Trimarchi, carving out special time as a father with his sons is a highlight of his week.

“We’re just starting to make memories,” he says of Jaxson, 5, and Arie, 3. “I’m an avid golfer and my oldest son is getting into golf. I’m looking forward to the many golf trips and outings we will have as they get older.”

Trimarchi, the busy founder of TriState Restaurant Group, plans his weeks to maximize time with his kids. “I make it a point to be home every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights,” he says. “I feed them dinner and put them to bed. I try to be off on Sundays to have a full family day.”

This family-friendly focus can be seen in his restaurants. At 22 West Bar and Grill in Bridgewater, he notes, “We’re definitely family-first.” In addition to the warm environment and children’s menu, Trimarchi says every Sunday a child can eat free with each adult entrée purchased.

22 West is also a great place to celebrate dads—on Father’s Day or any day—and give them time off from grilling. What makes the

meat at 22 West stand out is its house seasoning, Trimarchi notes. “Our burgers, steak and chicken are seasoned with it,” he says. “It’s got a good balance of both spice and sweetness and brings out the extra flavor in the meat.”

Check out their calendar and come out for an event—like Triple T Tuesdays for tacos, tequila and trivia, or catch craft beer and burgers and Music Bingo on Thursdays—and enjoy some one-on-one fun with Dad.

Trimarchi, who was born and raised in Bridgewater, is an active part of the community. You can catch his food truck, which rotates between three different concepts—burgers, fried chicken and hot dogs—around the area. His latest venture, a “new pancake / coffee place,” is slated to open soon in Raritan.

At home, Trimarchi, like many fathers, gravitates toward the grill. “I love to be outside, grilling steaks, burgers or chicken or smoking ribs on the smoker,” he says. “I love the smell of charcoal, the smell of grilled burgers.”

The biggest mistake people make when grilling is thinking the meat is not done and then overcooking it, he notes. “I tell people that it’s always better to undercook the meat and put it back on the grill for an extra couple of seconds or a few minutes to get it to the right temperature, because you can’t go backwards.”

Besides grilling with your father, nothing says “Dad Day” like spending the afternoon together watching the Somerset Patriots play. 22 West and Epic Cookies, which is also owned by Trimarchi, are Patriots Stadium partners; look for their fried chicken and cookies at the concessions.

Even better: Bring Dad to 22 West prior to the game. “Have a meal and ask our manager for vouchers for free tickets to the game,” Trimarchi says. Now, that’s a home run.

ROOTED IN CRAFTSMANSHIP, GROWING WITH VISION

For more than 40 years, The Todd Group has been a leader in outdoor living across New Jersey. Founded by a commitment to craftsmanship, creativity, and client care, this generational family company is now led by owner Michael Todd, whose passion for timeless design has shaped some of the region’s most iconic residential landscapes.

“Our success comes down to staying true to our values,” says Todd. “We’ve always operated with integrity, and our Single Source model—where everything from

design to installation and long-term maintenance is handled in-house—means we’re fully accountable for every detail.”

Unlike firms that treat landscaping as a surface-level upgrade, The Todd Group takes a holistic approach.

“We don’t just design landscapes—we design experiences,” Todd explains. “Every project reflects how our clients want to live outdoors. It should feel like an extension of their home.”

As outdoor living becomes more sophisticated, Todd is seeing major shifts in client priorities. “For 2025, we’re seeing a huge interest in multi-functional spaces that offer dining, wellness, play, and year-round usability. Covered structures, heaters, lighting—these are no longer extras, they’re essentials.”

Technology is playing an increasing role, too. Todd’s team is integrating app-controlled lighting and irrigation systems, hidden drainage, built-in audio, and projection capabilities into many of their projects. “People want smart spaces that work seamlessly with how they live,” he says.

Sustainability is another major driver. “It’s not an afterthought anymore—it’s part of the design process from day one,” Todd notes. Native plantings, high-efficiency

irrigation, permeable pavers, and a balanced approach to lawn management are just a few of the ways The Todd Group blends beauty with responsibility.

Outdoor kitchens remain one of the top requests. “Functionality is key,” Todd says. “We think about how people entertain—grills, pizza ovens, beverage stations, prep space, storage. Shade and lighting make it not just a cooking area, but a place to gather.”

Pools are evolving too. “Clients are leaning into sleek, modern designs with smaller footprints—plunge pools, integrated spas, and sun decks that make the space usable beyond summer.”

One standout project recently featured a cantilevered corten steel pergola supporting a 100-year-old Wisteria vine—a striking balance of modern materials and historic character. “We love finding that harmony

between bold design and the existing environment,” Todd says.

At the heart of it all is a commitment to the client experience. “We believe communication is everything,” he says. “Our project managers keep clients informed at every step, and we’re constantly investing in new tools—like 3D visualization—to help bring their vision to life.”

Looking ahead, The Todd Group is expanding its design studio and enhancing sustainable maintenance services to ensure the long-term health and beauty of every space they build.

“We’re proud of our history, but we’re always focused on what’s next,” Todd says. “Our goal is simple: to design outdoor spaces that are as functional and enduring as they are beautiful.”

How’s the market?

From all indications, demand continues to outpace supply for single family homes in our area From January 1 through April 27 , Basking Ridge had 49 single family homes enter the market, with 19 of those listed in April, a sign that sellers are increasing their pace to sell st th

We’ve been forecasting since 2020 that the local market continues to be one of shorter supply and higher demand

We have found that while many buyers have been priced out of the market due to higher prices and interest rates, serious buyers are still urgently looking for homes and presenting offers on homes that are priced right Buying a home that requires less up front remedial work has also become more attractive as down payments are increasing to buy down mortgages, leaving less to spend on maintenance Not having to contend with deferred maintenance has also taken more of a front seat in the decision making process

As you will see from the chart below, homes priced right continue to sell, while those with higher ask prices remain unsold to a larger degree

Unlike the national outlook, we remain robust At the same time, we are keeping an eye on supply increases vs demand, while watching buyer pool size with interest rate and job/economy concerns Either or both can create a tipping point

Let us help you maximize your ROI and stand out among your peers based upon these trends
