Fatherhood: An Enduring Influence
As June brings its gentle warmth, I find myself reflecting on the profound role of fathers in our lives. Have you ever paused to appreciate the impact they have? Their presence isn’t just felt; it’s woven into the very essence of our homes and communities.
Here in Meridian, nestled in the rugged beauty of Idaho, fathers stand as sturdy pillars in the community. Their influence extends far beyond the confines of their households, shaping the character of generations to come.
Think about those moments when a father’s hug provided solace, or their words sparked hope and inspiration. Remember the laughter shared during adventures together, the lessons learned through gentle guidance, and the boundless love that knows no bounds.
In every smile, every gesture, and every sacrifice, fathers reveal the depth of their commitment and the breadth of their love. They are the unsung heroes, quietly shaping our lives with their presence.
This June, let’s take a moment to honor the fathers and father figures who have touched our lives in profound ways. Whether it’s a simple expression of gratitude or a heartfelt tribute, let’s acknowledge their invaluable contributions with love and appreciation.
To all the dads in Meridian and beyond, thank you. Thank you for your unwavering contributions. May your Father’s Day be filled with joy, laughter, and the warmth of knowing just how cherished you are.

In the United States, we celebrate fatherhood on the third Sunday of June. Sonora Dodd proposed the idea of Father's Day to honor her father, William Jackson Smart, a Civil War veteran, who had raised six children as a single parent. Although his birthday was June 5, the Spokane Ministerial Alliance finally agreed upon the third Sunday of June to commemorate and recognize fatherhood. The first Father's Day celebration took place in the United States on June 19, 1910. President Richard Nixon, father of two daughters, declared Father's Day a national holiday in 1972.

Suze Datz and her dad
Pamela Kleibrink Thompson appreciated and loved her dad, Paul Kleibrink and misses him and thanks him for encouraging her to find her own path and to be true to herself.
Here are words of wisdom gleaned from a number of fathers.
Suze Datz, docent at the Palm Springs Historical Society, shared advice from her father. "If it doesn’t feel right, don’t do it. Don’t lie. Don’t be a sore loser or an obnoxious winner and treat people the way you want to be treated." He also taught her about baseball’s infield fly rule and how to keep baseball stats. But that’s another story.
Steve Hulett, former business rep for the Animation Guild: "Do your best.”
Bill Kroyer, president Kroyer Films: "Do a good job no matter how small the task. His practical application of this idea had me paying careful attention to every hedge I trimmed, sidewalk I shoveled, or car I washed, but the philosophy behind it was similar to that idea that any job worth doing was worth doing well. When I got into animation, no matter how seemingly trivial the job I got, I focused completely and did my best, and I believe that was the ethic that allowed me to succeed in the business."
Tom Sito, professor of animation, USC: "My father taught me, 'You'll get further in life with a smile than without. Plan ahead for your future. And never volunteer for anything that doesn't pay.' Alas, I did not follow the last lesson."
“My dad, Mike Kurtz, was a fun guy,” says Bob Kurtz, Director and Owner at Kurtz and Friends. “The best thing my dad did for me... was to believe in me. He believed in my dreams. My dad was my number one fan... and I miss him.”
“I have the honor of calling Bob Kurtz my dad and my best friend,” says Boo Lopez, Marketing & Strategy
EA, Disney Branded TV & Nat Geo. “His timeless advice includes such gems as ‘sometimes in life, finding out what you don’t like to do is just as important as finding out what you do like to do’. Dad is big on passion. Dad’s advice does not feel like advice at all, it’s like a soft hug or a parent holding onto the back of the bike as you take your first ride without training wheels. Always there from a place of love and support, never judgment.”
“One of the best things that my dad, animation director Bob Clampett, encouraged my brother, sister, and myself was to follow our dreams... and if you decided to make a change... to go for it!” says Ruth Clampett, Owner, Creative Director and Author at Clampett Studio Collections. “I took his encouragement, and after I was two years into a graphic art degree, I realized that most of the projects were uninspiring for me. After taking some night classes, I fell in love with photography. After about a year of juggling photo jobs, I realized that I loved working in the animation world most of all. Thanks, Dad!!!”
Andy Luckey, Executive Producer - Greater Family, LLC, shared Bud Luckey’s (director of Pixar’s short film Boundin’) working advice. “Always do the best work you can. Hire the best talent you can. Pay them fairly and on time. Listen to your team's concerns and thoughts. NEVER take unfair advantage of someone in a business deal. It takes decades to build a good reputation but only one bad act to ruin it.”
My opa, my father's father, Jan Kleibrink, advised him to "Keep calm. Ultimately things will straighten out."
Before I graduated college, my father Paul Kleibrink, gave me the best career advice of all: "It's your life. Live it how you want to live it, not how you think others want you to. Do what excites you the most."

My father-in-law, Rex Thompson, believed that you can do anything if you work hard at it. Working hard at it includes learning what you need to know, as well as whom you need to know. What he didn't know, he was ready to learn. A master at networking, my father-in-law talked to everybody. And he listened. He claimed that he would prefer to be alone, but he found himself often surrounded by people because they liked to be around him. He was a master salesperson because he was a natural. After work, he coached a girls softball team. He taught them teamwork and encouraged them to always do their best. He believed in them. He believed in me. He always advised me to stretch and grow. He encouraged me to take chances. If my employer didn't give me the chance to learn, move on. Don't be afraid to make a change. My father-in-law's business card didn't have a title on it--just his name, Rex Thompson, and what he did, "Everything." Everyone who knew Rex has a story about him. He encouraged everyone who needed encouragement (which is everyone!) to pursue their dreams.

PAINTING A MEMORY: ART IN THE PARK
Celebrating his 50th year of painting at the open-air Boise Art Museum’s Art in the Park event, artist Dan Looney had plenty to reflect on
ARTICLE BY JORDAN GRAY
Dan Looney has braved heat, rain, and the occasional windstorm to share his art at Boise Art Museum’s Art in the Park. Celebrating his 50th year of painting at the open-air cultural event, Looney had plenty to reflect on.
“When I got involved, there was probably 30 or 40 of us,” he said. “It was a little local show, and we would all sit around, and people would bring homemade cookies. And then it just kept growing.”

Winter Carnival McCall
The 78-year-old sells originals and prints of his works in a style he categorizes as ‘fantasy realism.’ One of his inspirations for starting to paint, aside from his creative mother, came from his own visit to Art in the Park in the 70s.
“I was a banker for 35 years,” he said. “But back then I was just not fulfilled. So I went to Art in the Park, and then started taking some evening painting classes.”
Three weeks later, Looney decided he’d found his fulfillment. Since then, he’s painted around 3,000 paintings, selling most for around $400 to $500.
“I've averaged 1 1/2 a week for 50 years. I like people to like my work and I like them to have it. And it inspires me to do more if people 'adopt' them.”
Idaho is a popular subject for Looney, with pieces ranging across locales like Boise State University’s Blue Turf, McGowan Peak, and McCall’s Winter Carnival.
“There are a lot of things that happen around Idaho that I pick up on and then create something.”
Looney works in multiple mediums, particularly collage, watercolor, and acrylic.
“I just finished a four-part acrylic on four different canvases,” he said. “They're Idaho’s four seasons running all the way from north Idaho over through eastern Idaho. And that's hanging in the Idaho Supreme Court building.”
Looney’s wife, Julie, helps him run the business side of his art, aided by his own financial background. His paintings hang for admiration across the world, in far-flung locations like Croatia and Australia. And some folks know just how to show their appreciation of Looney’s talent.
“Best compliment I ever had was a lady told me, ‘I love your art. It makes me feel wonderful inside,’” he said. “What could be a better compliment than that?”
The artist shares his skills through workshops. For aspiring artists, Looney offered the following: “Put away the electronics. Observe, read, interact, and create from your own inspirations. And then you will help yourself, and you will help others, and you will complete yourself.”
Looney also supports a variety of local nonprofits, such as recently doing a live painting on KTVB for Idaho Gives.
And with each painting added to his growing list of masterpieces, Looney stays true to his passion.
“My motto all my life is a line from a Longfellow poem called ‘The Psalm of Life,’” he said. “And the line is “Art is long, and Time is fleeting.’ In other words, get off your butt and do something!”
You can find Looney at Art in the Park September 6-8 or across various social media platforms under Dan Looney Art.

Golf, ‘Tis the season
YEAR-ROUND GOLFING IS A REAL THING IN IDAHO
In the tee box. From local fundraisers to the televised Albertson Open PGA qualifying Korn Ferry tournament, we’ve got golf! Indoor or out, there are plenty of places to practice your swing, play nine, or play 18 holes in year-round locations for varying skill levels.
Boise’s first known golf course opened as The Plantation (1917), now known as The River Club. Following in 1940, Hillcrest Country Club’s course was established. And the Broadmore Country Club course in Nampa opened in 1930, making it the oldest course in Canyon County. The newest course opened in fast-growing Kuna – Falcon Crest Golf Club (2023).

courses closest to home as well as other Idaho courses!
Par 3 courses - Pierce Park Greens in Boise has a 9-hole par 3 course of 900 yards. Perfect for beginners, those practicing their short-shots, and those willing to be patient on the green, this course makes for hours of relaxed fun. First Tee Idaho caught my eye when golfing at Pierce Park. First Tee’s purpose is to help kids (7+) build strength of character, inner strength, and resilience through a lifetime of challenges - on the golf course.
Nine Holes – Sometimes called executive courses, and recently dubbed “the new 18”, these courses are faster to play than 18 holes. Less stress. Less exertion. Some courses allow players to complete nine holes and leave the course. Pierce Park Greens and Indian Lake Golf Course, both in Boise, offer 9-hole courses. Pierce Park is a 27 par. Indian Lake is a 35 par with more slope and length (3,093 yards). Touchmark in Meridian has a 9-hole course that is private for the residents of their community. Falcon Crest Golf Club is a 9-hole, par 3 cadet course of 923 yards. Note: A “cadet” refers to clubs that are smaller than standard and designed for golfers with shorter-than-average hands.
Eighteen Holes – Based on the Old Course at St. Andrews in Scotland, 18-hole golf courses are standard. Of course, eighteen holes take longer to complete than 9-hole courses. To qualify for professional golfer status, one must play 18 holes in qualifying tournaments. Golf course designs offer slopes, bunkers, long and short fairways, trees – or no trees, gardens – or no flowers along the way, water features (traps), and a variety of turf types and lengths. All of which create challenges for beginning to well-seasoned golfers.

Quail Hollow is a public course operated by Boise Parks and Recreation.
Lifetime golfers say that every course plays differently depending on the day, the weather, and the attitude you take to the course.
As a result, lessons, swing tune-ups, and coaching, along with playing plenty of rounds make for an improved game.
Sometimes dubbed the “19th hole,” the club house at 18-hole courses offers end-of-game socializing. The Treasure Valley has both public and private 18-hole courses, most with club houses.
Public – Public courses are open to anyone who schedules a tee time and pays the greens fees. Quail Hollow and Warm Springs Golf Courses are operated by Boise City Parks. Both offer lessons to youth and adult golfers. Boise Ranch Golf Course and Falcon Crest Golf Club are public and on South Cloverdale road.
Meridian’s public course is Lakeview Golf Club which is 18 holes and a 72 par course.
Eagle’s public courses are Eagle Hills Golf Course, Banbury Golf Course, and nearby Shadow Valley Golf Course.
Star, Idaho is a bit further drive, however, the 2004 opened River Birch Golf Course is a public 18 hole, 73 par course of 7,080 yards if you are up for a driving adventure!
Private – Private golf courses require membership joining fees, monthly fees, and sometimes food minimums as well. There are three ways to play a private course: 1. Join the club. 2. Be invited by a member to play as a guest at the club. 3. Participate in a scramble or fundraiser that is held at a private course. A fourth way to “get onto” a private course is to pay the fee to attend a private event – such as the Albertson Open and concert series at Hillcrest Country Club.

Whether it is a youth summer camp at a country club that provides group lessons or a one-on-one lesson for adults, golf-pro instruction can improve your swing and your game. Contact the course you play most often to explore your lesson options. Technology analysis at some store-front locations can also provide expert swing recommendations.
Year-Round – While many outdoor courses in Idaho are year-round, to protect the turf, some close for weeks at a time. When courses are closed, consider these options for ongoing golf swing practice. Top Golf in Meridian has miniature golf and their highway-visible driving range. Wahooz’s Hillbilly Hollow miniature golf is in Meridian. Virtual golf practice environments have opened up indoors around the valley and offer golf simulators as well as golf swing analysis.
Golf Shows – Annually, the Boise Golf Show demos clubs, gear, clothing, and provides course information from around the Treasure Valley and Beyond.
18th Hole. Whether you play 9 holes twice or an 18-hole course, miniature or virtual golf, options exist for any skill level of golfer and all ages of players right here, close to home. At the end of the day, maybe you feel like Smokey Robinson, who says: “People say, ‘Well, such-and-such a course is easy.’ I want to see the easy golf course. I’ve never played that one.”
Year-round golfing opportunities abound. Beginner or seasoned, players of every age golf Idaho. Let us know which your favorite Treasure Valley golf courses are – easy or difficult!

Boise, a city with its own unique charm, has steadily earned national recognition for its remarkable attributes.
While some may have previously overlooked its appeal, Boise’s efforts have paid off, garnering the attention it rightly deserves on a broader scale. Behind this achievement are individuals whose unwavering dedication ensures that Boise and the Treasure Valley continues to receive the acknowledgment they merit. Here, two of these remarkable individuals share their passion for making Boise an even better place to live and thrive, contributing to its growing acclaim.
JONATHAN OPPENHEIMER
Government Relations Director, Idaho Conservation League (ICL)
WHAT SPARKED YOUR COMMITMENT TO PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT?
I studied forestry at the University of Montana with a focus on conservation. I’m perpetually in awe of the interconnectedness of forests, rivers, public lands, and humans.
WHAT WAS YOUR TOUGHEST OCCUPATIONAL CHALLENGE OVER THE PAST YEAR?
The Idaho Legislative session presents an annual challenge to me and ICL. This year we faced an unexpected threat from pesticide manufacturers seeking legal immunity for their products. It wasn’t easy, because we were facing off against a united coalition of agricultural and corporate interests with deep pockets. It was nerve-racking, but in the end, we defeated the effort. In the conservation line of work, we have to win every time. Our opponents only need to win once.
WHAT IS THE MOST REWARDING ASPECT OF YOUR JOB?
Conservation advocacy is always a hard sell in Idaho. But it’s much easier knowing that tens of thousands of Idahoans are pushing me forward to protect our state’s natural beauty, air, land, waters, and wildlife. If we work
together, we can leave a lasting legacy for future generations. The political environment has a huge impact on the natural environment, but in the end, we all drink the same water and breathe the same air. I’m truly optimistic that we can find common ground.
ERIC GILBERT
Treefort Music Fest
Co-Founder and Director
NAME ONE WAY YOU’VE HELPED MAKE TREEFORT UNIQUE AMID AN OVER-SATURATION OF MUSIC FESTIVALS.
I’m dedicatedly anti-sponsorship and felt that bringing in corporate sponsors would’ve cheapened Treefort. As a result of sticking to that principle, we’ve built a high standard for music festivals. Treefort is a weird, modular festival in that sense. When we staged our first installment in 2012, the Boise music scene was very invisible on a national level. We’ve helped outsiders know that the city actually exists!
WHILE YOU ADMIRABLY AVOID “SELLING OUT”, WHAT’S YOUR STRATEGY FOR SELLING OUT TREEFORT TICKETS?
We’ve actually never technically sold out three-day passes, although we have sold out single-day tickets on occasion. Still, the long lines outside venues where participating artists perform indicate Treefort’s undeniable appeal and popularity. We estimate that, at the 2023 installment, there were around 30,000 unique visitors over the five days and about 15,000 on each day.
FOR WHAT OTHER REASON OR REASONS ARE YOU PROUD OF TREEFORT?
I continue to be in awe of what the Treefort team has built. The festival gives talented folks opportunities to perform in public, whereas they might never have the chance because of such strong competition nationwide. As a musician myself, I had a goal to play just one show live. I did, and everything’s been gravy ever since.

THAN JUST HAIR, IT’S AN EXPERIENCE
USING THESE TIPS YOU CAN MAKE A DELICIOUS HOMEMADE BARBECUE SAUCE.
A good Barbeque sauce is comprised of a variety of the same six components. The key is to discover what style you enjoy most, and don’t be afraid to experiment. Oh, and taste often during the preparation process to adjust if so desired.
SOMETHING SWEET
This can be honey, cola, molasses, preserves, brown sugar, or syrup. This caramelizes as you cook, bringing those smoky, sugary flavors.
SOMETHING TANGY
Think vinegar, mustard, or citrus. This is what brings the zing to your sauce.
SOMETHING SPICY
This provides your heat: a hot sauce is a great choice. A good rule of thumb is to use about 1/2 teaspoon for every cup of sauce you’re making.
SOMETHING LIQUID
It can be beer, water, chicken soda, stock, or wine. Start with about 1/2 a cup and see what happens.
SOMETHING TOMATO
You’ll most likely use ketchup, but you can also use tomato paste.
THE SPICE COMBINATION
This can depend on your liking and taste and can include anything from onion powder to garlic powder to chili powder to allspice to cayenne pepper to mustard powder to liquid smoke to cumin to Worcestershire sauce and more. Start with a teaspoon of salt, and keep tasting as you experiment with your desired spices.
HOMEMADE
BBQ SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
• 2 cups ketchup
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
• 5 tablespoons brown sugar
• 5 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
• 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
• 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
DIRECTIONS
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently, for 1 hour 15 minutes.

CELEBRATING MERIDIAN SPEEDWAY’S DISTINCTION IN THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES, REFLECTING ITS ENDURING CULTURAL AND SPORTING SIGNIFICANCE
DRIVER’S NOTEBOOK | LIFE + CULTURE

Meridian Speedway, a cherished landmark nestled in the heart of Meridian, Idaho, has recently gained national recognition by being listed in the esteemed National Register of Historic Places. This prestigious designation highlights the Speedway's profound local significance, tying it closely to Meridian's rich agricultural and recreational heritage.
Originally conceived as a dual-purpose venue for agricultural exhibitions and automotive racing, Meridian Speedway has stood as a testament to community spirit and resilience for nearly 75 years. Constructed in 1949 through the collaborative efforts of dedicated volunteers, the Speedway quickly became a focal point for both agricultural enthusiasts and racing aficionados alike.
Despite the passage of time and the evolution of its surroundings, Meridian Speedway remains a beloved fixture at 335 S. Main Street, encapsulating the essence of Meridian's past while adapting to the needs of its vibrant present. Over the years, various upgrades have ensured that the Speedway continues to serve as a vital hub of activity within the community.
Under the stewardship of current operator Adam Nelson, Meridian Speedway has not only maintained its historical integrity but has also garnered recognition on a national scale. Its affiliation with esteemed organizations such as the American Speed Association and NASCAR underscores its status as a premier racing destination, drawing competitors and spectators from across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
As Meridian prepares to celebrate the 95th anniversary of Meridian Dairy Days this summer, the inclusion of Meridian Speedway in the National Register of Historic Places serves as a fitting tribute to its enduring legacy.

Beyond its significance in the realm of auto racing, Meridian Speedway holds a special place in the annals of Meridian's agricultural history. Since its inception, the Speedway has been intertwined with the city's dairy industry, serving as the venue for Meridian Dairy Days, an annual celebration of the region's rich farming heritage.
Established in 1949 as the permanent home for Meridian Dairy Days, the Speedway's grounds have played host to generations of livestock exhibitors, dairy farmers, and community members alike. This longstanding tradition, which draws thousands of visitors each year, underscores the Speedway's enduring cultural relevance and its role as a unifying force within the community.
The inclusion of Meridian Speedway in the National Register of Historic Places is a testament to the concerted efforts of the City of Meridian's Historic Preservation Commission, in collaboration with the Idaho State Historic Preservation Office, the National Parks Service, and The Arrowrock Group (TAG). Together, these entities have worked tirelessly to ensure that Meridian's rich heritage is preserved for future generations to cherish and enjoy.
Blaine Johnson, president of the Meridian Historic Preservation Commission, emphasizes the profound impact of Meridian Speedway on the fabric of the community. As a cherished symbol of Meridian's past, present, and future, the Speedway stands as a living testament to the resilience and spirit of its residents.
For those eager to explore the Speedway's storied history, a virtual tour is available online, offering a glimpse into its enduring legacy and cultural significance. As Meridian continues to evolve, Meridian Speedway remains a steadfast beacon of tradition and pride, ensuring that its legacy endures for generations to come. MeridianSpeedway.com

Perfecting Your Golf Swing
ARTICLE BY DANIEL SCHOWENGERDT
Whether you are a new golfer or have been playing for decades, we all want the same thing—to be a single-digit handicap (or better). In some professions, golfing with clients is a must, and slicing off the tee box can kill the deal.
HOW TO | SPORTS + RECREATION 60
Get fit for equipment.
01.
If you are buying clubs off the rack, you aren’t giving yourself the best chance for success. Golf technology is evolving every year, and although you don’t need to buy a new driver each year, if you’ve been playing with the same clubs for 5+ years, it’s time to take advantage of the new equipment. Newer clubs have lower and deeper center of gravity (CG), creating an easier launch off the face. Even off-center strikes can produce a straight shot with the right set of clubs. Any major golf store will fit you for free—just make sure you get the correct length club and size grip. The clubs don’t swing themselves, so don’t neglect instruction and practice, but getting the right equipment is a vital piece of the puzzle.
On drivers and hybrids, some of the newest equipment have premium shaft options off the rack. Generally, a $300 driver has a low-grade $15 shaft that you should change. The shaft is the engine of the club, so getting custom shafts will add distance and forgiveness—guaranteed.
As for the putter, you use it more than any other club in your bag on every round of golf. It should be the most tailored club in your bag.

HOW TO | SPORTS + RECREATION 62
Get good golf instruction, REGULARLY.
02.
We’ve all heard someone say, “I should get a lesson sometime.” To be effective, you need regular lessons from a PGA certified pro, not just one lesson. Getting quality instruction from the same instructor can turn slices into draws and give you the confidence to play with anyone on any course. Years ago, golf instructors started instruction with chipping and putting and then graduated to the driver. Now, instructors have been pressured to start with the driver because we all want to outdrive our friends. Resist that temptation! Get instruction on your short game and irons first. My friend regularly outdrives me by 50 yards, but my ball is in the hole first most of the time because of my training and practice on the short game.
Read quality golf books for a higher golf IQ.
03.
There are thousands of golf books, but don’t worry, you only need to read a handful of them to up your golf IQ. Here are some top reads: Short game: Dave Pelz’s Short Game Bible by Dave Pelz
Mental game: Golf is Not a Game of Perfect by Bob Rotella Mechanics: Practical Golf by John Jacobs
Ball flight laws: The Practice Manual by Adam Young (only read the first 50 pages)
Practice your short game every day.
04.
You don’t even have to spend time away from your family while practicing if you don’t have a golf simulator. You can practice putting and chipping on the carpet while watching TV with your family.
Chipping and the bump and run: The only mechanical advice I will give is the most important lesson you can learn in the short game. When you miss your approach shot you must be able to chip the ball within 8 feet of the hole for a one putt. Try this shot from Dave Peltz’s short game book. It gets me up and down from 25 yards out to just off the green.
Instructors have been pressured to start with the driver because we all want to outdrive our friends. Resist that temptation! Get instruction on your short game and irons first.
CONTINUED > 63 JUNE 2024 | CITYLIFESTYLE.COM/MERIDIAN
Position the ball in the back of your stance, just inside your back ankle. This will help avoid hitting it thin. That ball position will also help you hit the ball with a descending blow, and as Dave Pelz says, “hit the little ball (golf ball) before the big ball (the earth).”
Turn your feet 30 degrees toward the target and have 70% of your weight on your front foot which also promotes the descending blow.
Use a putting stroke to hit the ball. That’s right—do not use your hands or wrists for power. Using a putting stroke just off the green will create consistency and clean contact.
Don’t take the club back very far (depending on the length of the shot) and make sure your follow-through is 20% further than your backswing. This will ensure accelerating through the ball.
Use the right club. I use anything from a 9 iron to 60-degree wedge for this shot. Use a 9 iron or wedge when you need the ball to roll further once it hits the green, and use a more lofted club for less roll. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
If you perfect this shot, you’ll be chipping in and getting up and down much more often.
