Community, Growth, and a Bright Future Together

Spring is in the air, and with it comes fresh energy, new beginnings, and exciting opportunities to invest in what truly matters—our community! Here at Gilbert City Lifestyle, we love seeing the heart of this town shine through in so many ways. Whether it's supporting local businesses, giving back, or nurturing the next generation, Gilbert is a place where people come together to make a difference.

This month, we're focusing on investing in the community —not just financially, but in ways that create lasting impact. We're exploring how small choices today can lead to big changes for the future. Whether it's ensuring local teens have opportunities to explore their creativity, finding ways to give that strengthen both our community and our personal journeys, or preserving Gilbert's culture and history while paving the way for new growth, this issue is all about making a difference right where we live.

Like many residents, we've been particularly moved by the recent challenges facing our teenagers. In response, we're dedicating extra attention to supporting our youth during this critical time. We're especially excited about the new For Our Town Gilbert initiative that focuses specifically on teens. As a driving force behind this movement, we're proud to play a significant role in the first-ever Gilbert Youth Service Week this April—an opportunity for our community to come together in support of young people when they need us most.

We love seeing the ways people pour into this town, whether through mentorship, volunteer work, or simply showing up and supporting each other. Investing in our youth means investing in the future of Gilbert, and this month's stories highlight the incredible ways people are stepping up to create opportunities, empower young minds, and build a legacy that will last for generations.

Of course, community isn't just about big initiatives—it's also about the small, meaningful connections we make every day. That's why we love bringing people together at our monthly happy hour! It's a chance to meet new faces, connect with neighbors, and celebrate all the things that make Gilbert feel like home.

As our town continues to grow, we're reminded of the importance of staying connected, lifting each other up, and creating spaces where everyone can thrive. We're honored to share these stories with you and can't wait to see how our amazing community continues to flourish.

See you around town!

AMPLIFYING Teen Assets

Turning teen creativity into life-changing dividends—at zero cost to families

ARTICLE BY KRISTY BELLEY | PHOTOGRAPHY BY KAGEN PHOTOGRAPY, SOLID ROCK

Imagine this: A teenager picks up a guitar for the first time, hesitant fingers finding unfamiliar chords. A few months later, they're confidently performing on stage, opening for a nationally-known band. Does that sound like a rock and roll fairy tale? At Alice Cooper's Solid Rock Teen Centers, it's just another success story.

"Teens have needs to be creative—all around the world," Cooper says with the wisdom of someone who's spent six decades in the music industry. "Teens can be angry, disgruntled or confused, and having a teen center that they can play guitar at or meet friends... that's a breath of fresh air. It's a life-changing part of their day and week."

Cooper knows a thing or two about transformation. The Phoenix native went from local musician to international superstar, reinventing himself as "The Godfather of Shock Rock," and now he's helping Arizona teens discover their own potential at centers in Mesa, Phoenix, and Goodyear.

The best part? It won't cost parents a penny. In an era when extracurricular activities often come with eye-watering price tags, this matters.

Randy Spencer, who handles Development & Partnerships for the teen centers, sees the impact firsthand. "We have many success stories," he shares. "Teens have overcome depression and anxiety by being a part of our teen centers. We have seen teens go from never playing drums to a few months later, joining their own band and performing live music."

These aren't just casual jam sessions, either. Young musicians from the centers have opened for seriously big names. "We've seen youth bands receive opportunities to open for ZZ Top, Collective Soul, Newsboys, P.O.D., Social Distortion and many others," Spencer notes. For many teens, the center provides not just their first stage experience, but their first paycheck.

Ask Gilbert resident Recker Eans about the center's impact. Now a Grammy and Emmy-nominated artist, drummer, producer, and actor with millions of streams across platforms, he lights up when discussing his experience.

CONTINUED >

Recker Eans

"The experience working with Alice and the teen centers was amazing and such a fun experience," Eans says. "To be a part of such an impactful project is truly an honor."

What makes the centers special isn't just the equipment or the programs—it's the people. Teens don't just learn from regular instructors; they often work alongside genuine music industry legends.

"We are very proactive on bringing highly skilled musicians to our teen centers," Spencer explains. "Teens often can do music jam sessions with Nita Strauss (guitarist for Alice Cooper & Demi Lovato), take dance classes with a dancer from the Phoenix Suns, get lyric classes from Alice Cooper."

Imagine being a teenage drummer and suddenly finding yourself in a session with rock royalty. "We've had teens on stage in Mesa performing songs with Brian Head Welch of KORN," Spencer continues. "Last month, we had Bernard Fowler the backing singer for The Rolling Stones and Teddy Zig Zag, the piano player for Guns N' Roses on stage encouraging young musicians and performing songs with them. That's life-changing for a young person."

Beyond the star power, these centers address something teens consistently tell Spencer they're missing: connection.

Behind every teen success story is a network of dedicated volunteers who make the center's mission possible.  The diversity of volunteer roles means that both musically-inclined community members and those with other skills can make meaningful contributions.

"Volunteers are so essential to our teen centers," Spencer emphasizes. "We have volunteers bring meals to teens. If they perform music, they can offer lessons. We also have volunteers help teens create job resumes and help them apply for jobs."

“NO Pressure, NO Judgement, NO Cost, Just an invitation to come and find something amazing" —Alice Cooper

"In Mesa, as well as Phoenix and Goodyear, teens tell us they want to meet other teens. They want to be understood and they often don't have that at home or school," he shares. "Teens need a safe space to meet other teens."

And while music might be the headline act, it's not the only creative outlet available. Photography, filmmaking, visual arts, and dance classes give teens multiple avenues to express themselves and discover hidden talents.

Eans now encourages other young people to dive in: "As a musician who loves to try a lot of things, this school has it all. It is so cool that there are places like this for kids like me, so I want to tell other kids to really take advantage of it because big things might come from it."

Cooper's pitch to teens is refreshingly straightforward: "ALL teens can be a part of our teen centers. Come over, give it a try. How do you know that you're not the next Eddie Van Halen? You may be. Let's find out and put a guitar in your hands"

No pressure. No judgment. No cost. Just an invitation to discover something amazing about yourself that you might never have known otherwise.

In a world where teens often feel they need to have it all figured out already, the Alice Cooper's Solid Rock Teen Center offers something increasingly rare: space to explore, permission to try new things, and a community that celebrates the journey as much as the destination.

For more information about volunteering or participating in Alice Cooper's Solid Rock Teen Center, visit their website at alicecoopersolidrock.com to get your teen involved, schedule a tour, or fill out a volunteer form.

INVESTING IN Community, ONE Question AT A Time

Those awkward silences at dinner parties are officially becoming a thing of the past in Gilbert. Local company Lumitory is making waves with their gorgeously designed conversation cards that transform mundane small talk into meaningful connection. The beautifully crafted cards aren't just functional—they're statement pieces that have caught the eye of major publications like Magnolia Journal, Better Homes & Gardens, and House Beautiful.

"We're glued to our phones but starving for real connection," laughs Jessica Reinhart, the creative force behind Lumitory alongside husband Jeff Reinhart. "That lightbulb moment hit us—what if beautiful, thoughtfully crafted questions could bring back the magic of real-life conversation?" And just like that, Lumitory was born— with a mission of "encouraging heartfelt connection and community" through conversation cards so stunning they deserve a permanent spot on your coffee table.

How Gilbert entrepreneurs turned question-asking into Gilbert's most valuable community connecting investment

As 15-year Gilbert residents, the Reinharts find endless inspiration in our community's warm, welcoming vibe. "Gilbert has given us the most incredible sense of belonging," Jessica shares with a smile. Their creative juices flow best at local coffee haunts like The Coffee Shop, Garage East, and Hooligans— though celebrations always call for Buck & Rider. (Pro tip: follow their lead for your next night out!)

The Reinharts don't just dream up questions in a vacuum—they've got a built-in focus group at home. "Our family and friends are our guinea pigs," Jessica Reinhart chuckles. "Some questions get instant approval, while others..." she trails off with a knowing wink. This rigorous testing pays off in spades. One family turned Lumitory cards into a nightly dinner ritual that completely transformed their connections. Another friend used their Legacy deck to bridge the generation gap between grandkids and grandparents, uncovering family stories that might have otherwise been lost forever.

Even decade-long friendships aren't immune to Lumitory's revelatory powers. "We asked our friend John for a fun fact we didn't know. Turns out, he casually spent his teen years in Papua New Guinea translating the Bible! Ten years of friendship and we'd never heard that story!" If Lumitory had a superpower? "Breaking the ice—not in that cringe-worthy way, but in a genuine, heart-opening way that leaves people feeling closer," Jessica beams.

The conversation revolution is spreading throughout Gilbert faster than gossip at a neighborhood barbecue. Mission Community Church is using Lumitory's dating cards for their singles ministry ("speed dating in a box," Jessica quips).

Meanwhile, at Hooligans Coffee, you'll spot people of all ages huddled around tables, cards in hand, laughter flowing freely. Each question creates a tiny thread of connection, and with enough threads, a community fabric emerges—stronger and more colorful than before.

“I’m a big believer in the idea that we’re better together. And Gilbert is an incredible example of what true community looks like.”
— Jessica Reinhart

Jessica Reinhart isn't just crafting questions—she's weaving community connections throughout Gilbert. "I'm a big believer in the idea that we're better together. And Gilbert is an incredible example of what true community looks like," she explains. You'll find the Reinharts helping with local events like the upcoming Hoodstock Music Festival in Agritopia on April 26th. "Live music, great people, supporting nonprofits—what's not to love?" Their enthusiasm for building community through conversation is as contagious as their thoughtfully designed question cards.

The Reinharts' five-year vision isn't about dollar signs—it's about connection. "I'd love to see Lumitory become a household name," Jessica shares, "not for bragging rights, but because it would mean more people are experiencing deeper, more authentic relationships." In our fast-growing Gilbert community, Lumitory reminds us that vibrant communities are built one conversation at a time. The power of a good question opens doors—it builds relationships, creates connections, and makes people feel seen. Sometimes the simplest thing—a thoughtfully asked question on a beautifully designed card—can create the most profound community bonds. Now that's something worth talking about!

GIVING'S Hidden BLESSINGS

What if I told you that giving your money away could actually help you keep more of it? Sounds crazy, right? But trust me—as someone who’s seen both sides of financial struggle and success, I’ve discovered that generosity doesn’t just change lives; it can transform your financial picture in unexpected ways. When you give strategically, everybody wins: the causes you care about, your tax situation, and your longterm financial wellness.

Q: HOW CAN GIVING TO CHARITY HELP LOWER MY TAXES NOW AND IN THE FUTURE?

A: Giving to charity is like getting a “thank you” from the IRS. When you donate, you can deduct that amount from your taxable income, potentially reducing your tax burden. Donating appreciated assets like stocks helps you avoid capital gains taxes. Long-term strategic giving can also lower estate taxes, directing more of your wealth where you want it to go.

Q: IS IT BETTER TO DONATE MONEY DIRECTLY OR GIVE THINGS LIKE STOCKS?

A: While cash donations are valuable, donating stocks that have increased in value creates a dual benefit—you receive a tax deduction and avoid paying capital gains taxes on their growth. This approach maximizes both tax efficiency and charitable impact.

Q: WHAT RECORDS DO I NEED TO KEEP FOR THE TAX OFFICE WHEN I MAKE DONATIONS?

Step 1: Keep a receipt for EVERYTHING. Period.  Over $250? Get a letter from the charity.  Over $500 in stocks or property? You’ll need to file an extra tax form.  For donations exceeding $5,000, a professional needs to confirm its value.

Q: HOW CAN I INCLUDE CHARITABLE GIVING IN MY LONG-TERM FINANCIAL PLAN?

A: Incorporate giving into your financial strategy through donor-advised funds, charitable provisions in your will, or vehicles like Charitable Trusts. These tools allow you to make an impact while securing your financial future.

FROM CAREER CHANGE TO COMMUNITY CHAMPION, YOUTH COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT OFFICER EMILY KING INVESTS IN GILBERT'S YOUTH THROUGH INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS.

BADGE OF TRUST

Emily King never thought she’d be in law enforcement. Growing up, she didn’t even watch cop shows. But sometimes, the best journeys begin unexpectedly. For Emily, 2021 was a year

insight into connecting with young people. “The cadets have taught me a lot about building trust and encouraging open communication. Our meetings aren’t about judgment—

"I WANT TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOUNG PEOPLE FEEL EMPOWERED, SUPPORTED, HEARD."

of transformation. She was ready for something different—something meaningful. That desire led her to the Gilbert Police Regional Academy, where she graduated in 2022 and stepped into a career serving and uplifting the youth of Gilbert.

As the Youth Community Engagement Officer for the Gilbert Police Department, Emily has embraced a role that is as challenging as it is rewarding. “I never expected my law enforcement career to focus so heavily on youth, but it has quickly become a highlight of my role, and I am incredibly proud of it,” she shares. Whether through school programs, community outreach, or simply meeting teens where they are, Emily is on a mission to show the next generation that they are seen, valued, and supported.

Emily is also a Police Cadet Advisor, a role that has given her valuable

they’re about learning, growth, and support.” This experience reinforced something she had always believed: young people need role models who are honest, who challenge them, and who genuinely care.

With this belief at the core of her approach, Emily is shaping this new position into something that will leave a lasting mark on the Gilbert community. She envisions a future where youth engagement isn’t just about responding to issues but about proactively creating spaces where young people feel safe, heard, and empowered.

One of those initiatives is the Teen Summer Academy, an exciting new program Emily is assembling. “Teens will get to engage with officers in a fun, non-intimidating way,” she explains.

Additionally, she’s working on the Aspire Academy, a leadership camp for high school girls interested in law enforcement and firefighting. “It’s all

about exposure, confidence, and showing young women that they belong in these spaces.”

But Emily’s work isn’t just about structured programs—it’s about genuine connection. She understands that today’s teens are navigating a complex world filled with social pressures and challenges. That’s why she makes it a point to meet them on their level, whether that’s through casual conversations at school events or something as simple as a friendly chat over coffee. “I want them to know they don’t have to come to the police station to talk to me—I’ll meet them at a local coffee shop, at a community event, even at a pickleball game or a nerf battle!”

One of the biggest hurdles she’s addressing is trust. “Many teens feel misunderstood and believe their voices aren’t heard. I want to build a sense of transparency and approachability, where they know they can talk to me or any law enforcement officer without fear of being judged.”

This commitment to trust extends beyond just the teens—it reaches families as well. Emily sees parents as crucial partners in this work and wants to make sure they have the resources to support their children. “I want families to feel like they’re part of the team. By partnering with us, they can access the guidance and support necessary for their kids to thrive.”

While her role is still new, Emily has already experienced moments that reaffirm why this work matters. One of her favorite memories is meeting a mother

"I’LL MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE—

COFFEE, PICKLEBALL, OR COMMUNITY EVENTS!"

and daughter at an Ice Cream with a Cop event and continuing to see them at future Gilbert gatherings. “Building those relationships, seeing those familiar faces—it reminds me why I do this.”

Looking ahead, Emily has big dreams for what this position can become. A year from now, she hopes to have strengthened the relationship between the Gilbert Police Department and the youth of the community, providing more opportunities for young people to engage with law enforcement in a positive way. “I want to create an environment where young people feel empowered, supported, and heard.”

And if you ask her what she wants Gilbert’s young people to know? It’s simple: “I wear a uniform, but I’m still human. I’m a nerdy, outdoorsy gal who loves reading and mountain biking. I manage my stress by working out and journaling. I remember how hard it is to be a teenager, and I want them to feel comfortable coming to me with anything—questions, challenges, advice. I genuinely care, and I want them to succeed.”

With her energy, passion, and unwavering commitment, Emily King isn’t just shaping a role—she’s shaping a community. And Gilbert is lucky to have her leading the way.

Teen Lifeline provides peer support, crisis intervention, and mental health resources, ensuring no teen in Arizona faces their struggles alone.

HOPE, HELP, AND CONNECTION FOR TEENS

Teen Lifeline is a beacon of hope for Arizona teens, offering support, connection, and guidance when they need it most. With a mission to prevent teen suicide and foster resilience, this Phoenix-based nonprofit has become a trusted resource, empowering young people to navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Through peer-to-peer counseling, educational outreach, and community partnerships, Teen Lifeline ensures that no teen has to face their struggles alone.

In recent years, Teen Lifeline has expanded its outreach in Gilbert, strengthening partnerships with schools and local organizations. Recognizing the importance of connection, the organization has increased its presence at community events, providing teens and families with mental health resources. “We want teens in Gilbert, and throughout the state, to know they are never alone,” says Nikki Kontz, LMSW, Clinical Director at Teen Lifeline.

At the heart of Teen Lifeline’s impact is its peer-to-peer counseling model, where trained teen volunteers answer calls and texts from their peers. These volunteers complete more than 72 hours of specialized training to ensure they provide compassionate, effective support. Their presence offers a sense of comfort and understanding, reinforcing the message that healing begins with connection.

"The power of peer support isn’t just in the conversation—it’s in the lasting reassurance and hope it brings,” says Kontz. More than 90% of callers report feeling better after speaking with a Teen Lifeline peer counselor. One caller shared, “It still hurts, but it hurts less. I had no one to talk to, and I had it all pent up inside. I thought the hurt would keep growing, but I

feel better now after talking.” Another added, “You honestly saved my life tonight.”

Beyond crisis support, Teen Lifeline champions a proactive approach to mental well-being. National Telephone Day, an awareness initiative led by the organization, encourages adults to reach out to the teens in their lives with a simple call or text. Research shows that having just one trusted adult can reduce the risk of a suicide attempt by 50%.

“Checking in with a teen to let them know you care is one of the simplest but most powerful things you can do,” Kontz emphasizes.

Teen Lifeline also equips teens with tools to support each other, encouraging them to ask open-ended questions, listen without judgment, and reach out to a trusted adult

when a friend is struggling. “Starting the conversation can feel daunting, but showing up and listening makes all the difference,” says Kontz. “Sometimes, just knowing someone cares is enough to help a teen feel hopeful again.”

As the school year progresses, Teen Lifeline sees an increase in calls and texts, particularly during high-stress periods like spring.

“THE POWER OF PEER SUPPORT ISN’T JUST IN THE CONVERSATION—IT’S IN THE LASTING REASSURANCE AND HOPE IT BRINGS. SOMETIMES, JUST KNOWING SOMEONE CARES IS ENOUGH TO HELP A TEEN FEEL HOPEFUL AGAIN.”

With a team of trained volunteers and professional supervisors, the organization is always prepared to respond with care and expertise. Gilbert schools have taken an important step by including Teen Lifeline’s crisis hotline number on student IDs, ensuring teens always have access to support.

In today’s digital age, Teen Lifeline recognizes the role of technology in teen communication. With more than half of their contacts now coming through text messages rather than phone calls, the organization continues to adapt to ensure help is always within reach. “We’re committed to meeting teens where they are, whether that’s through text, online, or in person,” Kontz explains.

Looking ahead, Teen Lifeline is dedicated to expanding its impact, listening to the needs of teens, and evolving its outreach strategies. Through compassion, connection, and community involvement, the organization is creating a future where every teen feels valued, heard, and hopeful. “Our goal is to make sure every teen knows there’s always help, hope, and a listening ear available,” Kontz affirms.

For those seeking support, Teen Lifeline is available 24/7 via call or text at 602-248-8336. Hope is just a conversation away.

Own Your Worth

WHEN YOU STOP TRYING TO PROVE YOURSELF TO OTHERS AND START BELIEVING IN YOUR VALUE, EVERYTHING IN LIFE CAN CHANGE.

Self-worth shapes how we navigate life—our relationships, decisions, and sense of fulfillment. Yet, for many, it feels tied to achievement, external validation, or meeting others’ expectations. True self-worth, however, isn’t something that needs to be earned; it’s an inherent part of who we are. When people begin to recognize their own value, they set healthier boundaries, cultivate deeper connections, and make choices that align with their well-being rather than fear or obligation. Shifting into this mindset isn’t always easy, but it can transform how we show up in the world.

Victoria Grimm, founder of VG Therapy Collective, has dedicated her career to helping people make that shift. With a background in the military and a passion for mental health, she brings a direct yet compassionate approach to therapy. Her practice is designed for high achievers who often feel pressure to have it all figured out, providing a space where they can explore self-worth, build emotional safety, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

"Self-worth isn’t about proving yourself—it’s about knowing you are enough, even when no one’s watching." — Victoria Grimm

Q: How do you define self-worth, and how is it different from confidence or self-esteem?

A: Self-worth is the foundation—it’s the belief that you are valuable simply because you exist. Confidence is tied to success in specific areas, and self-esteem is shaped by external validation. Self-worth, however, remains steady and influences how we set boundaries, make decisions, and engage in relationships.

Q: What personal experiences have most significantly shaped your understanding of self-worth?

A: Self-worth is something I had to learn firsthand. Joining the military at 18 was a defining experience. In that environment, you learn quickly how to trust yourself, advocate for your needs, and push through challenges most people will never face. That shaped how I view resilience. Later, starting my own private practice was another test of selfworth. Building something from the ground up requires unwavering belief in yourself, even when uncertainty is high. I had to trust that what I was building mattered. These experiences reinforced that self-worth isn’t about external validation—it’s about knowing you are capable and deserving, even when no one is watching.

Q: What keeps people from recognizing their inherent value?

A: Many grow up believing love must be earned— through achievement, caretaking, or minimizing their needs. As adults, they push themselves in careers and relationships but still feel it’s not enough. True self-worth begins when they realize their value isn’t something to prove—it has always existed.

Q: How does self-worth affect personal relationships?

A: It changes everything. When someone values themselves, they no longer tolerate unhealthy dynamics or relationships based on obligation. They communicate openly, set boundaries without guilt, and attract deeper, more fulfilling connections.

Q: What does investing in self-worth look like in practical terms?

A: It’s engaging in activities that reinforce your value—like therapy, setting boundaries, and personal growth. It’s a commitment to prioritizing yourself in ways that build lasting confidence and emotional clarity.

Q: How does self-worth impact careers?

A: People stop overworking for validation and start making choices aligned with their values and long-term goals rather than seeking approval or external success.

SOLARI CRISIS & HUMAN SERVICES HAS AN EMPLOYEE-FIRST WORK CULTURE

Investing in People Pays Positive Dividends

ARTICLE BY ALISON STANTON | PHOTOGRAPHY BY CHRISTINE JOHNSON
“... having a workplace with an employee-forward work culture is a game-changer.”

Solari Crisis & Human Services, a (501c3) nonprofit that provides community-based crisis intervention services and a wide range of mental health services, opened its doors in 2007 with one key mission in mind: Inspiring hope.

As Manager of Marketing Laboraex Abeita notes, the East Valley nonprofit, which also answers all calls made in Arizona to 988, the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, as well as to the statewide crisis line, is equally devoted to achieving this goal both externally and internally.

“This means that we want every member of our team to feel valued and inspired in the work they do, especially because our programs are designed to help those in need,” Abeita says, adding that Solari’s trained and caring crisis specialists, who are available 24/7/365, responded to more than 500,000 calls in 2024.

To help ensure that the health and well-being of its entire team of employees is a priority, Solari has embraced an “employee-first” work culture.

“The work that is done here at Solari is around the clock, and that means employees can become burnt out if not given the support and flexibility needed to enjoy their lives,” Abeita says.

For example, he notes, employees who are on-site can take a break whenever they feel the need and decompress in one of the many “compassion rooms” located throughout the office space.

“For employees who are working remotely, there are employee wellness programs that provide 24/7 mental health support, as well as life coaching and mental wellness resources,” Abeita says.

“In addition, the paid time off and hybrid work opportunities allow employees to truly enjoy a great work-life balance. These are only a few of the many

incredible employee benefits and support systems that Solari provides to our team.”

Solari’s investment in its work culture and commitment to the well-being of its employees has paid off in a variety of positive ways.

“We have seen the benefits of our work culture through the powerful and inspiring actions of our employees. Our employees have published books, speak publicly, lead trainings, and so much more for our community,” Abeita says.

Solari has also received a number of awards for its positive work culture. The nonprofit received the “Top Workplaces” recognition from The Arizona Republic in 2023 and 2024, and was named one of the “Top 10 Remote Workplaces in the United States” by Energage in 2024.

“We’ve also been recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work’ by the Phoenix Business Journal in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022! In addition, we have also received many other recognitions that can be viewed on our website,” Abeita says.

Abeita says he and everyone at Solari are proud of their supportive work culture, and the way it benefits everyone at the nonprofit.

“From the perspective of the employee, having a workplace with an employee-forward work culture is a game-changer. Prioritizing the health and well-being of employees has been shown to increase productivity, company loyalty, and overall success of company goals,” he says.

“From the perspective of the employer, Solari knows that the success of our organization doesn’t happen without the amazing individuals that make up our employee base.”
