Finally we have Winnebago Industries, which had the foresight to move their corporate headquarters to the greatest Twin Cities suburb on earth. Buy one of their fine RVs and you’ll never have to drive without your numerous kids and pets ever again!
As always, I would like to thank all of Eden Prairie Lifestyle’s sponsors, without whose generous support we could not mail our magazine directly to our readers’ homes. I always welcome any feedback or interest you may have in appearing on our magazine’s pages!

Yes, the news is out – I am retiring in October! Before I fully hand over the reins, I figured I would share some thoughts about my journey.
In June of 1989, I arrived in Eden Prairie. Having just graduated from Kansas State University, I was anxious to test out my newfound veterinary skills at Prairie Village Pet Hospital (PVPH), a practice that Dr. Bob Skinner had built and opened only four years prior. The building was set back on a cul-desac, with new residential properties being
built to the south and a clear view of Highway 5 to the north. To conform to setbacks, much of the property was actually dedicated to green space. Additionally, the city required that our predominantly brick building have a pitched roof rather than the typical flat variety. As such, when you approached the hospital, it felt more like a home than an office building, which honestly became symbolic of the ethos that we strove to create and foster. When we updated our logo, that roofline
ARTICLE BY DR. JIM NELSONbecame an inherent part of the graphics, stating that PVPH is a safe haven for all who enter and we will treat you like family.
People in Eden Prairie have always loved their pets! PVPH was a full-service veterinary hospital, and the majority of our patients were families with purebred dogs. Most pets came in for wellness exams and sterilization surgeries, but we also provided boarding, grooming, and daytime emergency and urgent care. We didn’t have the option to refer surgeries or diagnostics to a specialist, but strove to provide exceptional service with the resources available to us, and I think we did a pretty darn good job.
Over my career, I’ve witnessed a variety of developments first-hand in veterinary practice. In the 1980s, receptionists became the first voice new clients would hear and provided great client service. Similarly, local technical colleges created a two-year veterinary technician program, which quickly became an integral part of our modern practice. Helping to hold animals, assist in surgery, and perform diagnostic tests, these technicians have boosted the productivity of veterinary hospitals and doubled the number of patients a clinic can see each day.
Despite all the changes, including the emergence of larger veterinary corporations on the scene and humane societies providing vaccinations and sterilizations of their own, Dr. Skinner understood that nothing could replace exceptional client services. He invested in state-of-the-art technologies and hired a practice manager, Patti Van Arsdale, to help train and maintain a courteous and competent staff.
After working with Dr. Skinner for 16 years, in 2005, with the help of small business and home equity loans, I took a leap of faith and purchased
the practice from him. With no prior management experience, I was forced to learn on the fly. Within weeks of the purchase, three veterinary technicians and a practice manager left. Sometimes that’s just the way things go, but in today’s market, a similar exodus would be disastrous, as trained veterinary technicians are so scarce they have earned the name “unicorns.” Luckily, I was able to keep the ship on course. I recruited three veterinary technicians, Jamila, Molly and Kelley, and a new veterinarian, and ended up making some novel management decisions at the helm. We managed ourselves, and redirected previous management costs to improve employee wages and benefits. Additionally, I made the decision that all new hires would be veterinary technicians or assistants, meaning that Mary, our lovely 30-year veteran, would be our last customer service representative hire (until COVID, when the need for telecommunications support boomed). Having everyone cross-trained to answer the phone and set up appointments allowed us to have a leaner, more efficient team who would get to know our customers, which again emphasized the family-like approach to our hospital.
Time went on and we added two more veterinary technicians. Alyssa started as a kennel assistant in 2013 while finishing her college training. Lindsey came along in 2018. Her education was actually interrupted when Argosy University and Globe University, the two major suppliers of veterinary technicians in the Twin Cities, both stopped providing programs in veterinary nursing (despite high demand for their services). Fortunately, the team has remained intact, cohesive and an extremely productive family of caregivers.
I am an anomaly. I will have started and ended my career at Prairie Village Pet Hospital. I thank you all for accepting me for who I am and allowing me the privilege of providing care for your pets.
In 2015 we added Dr. Patia Hargreaves, an accomplished veterinary clinician and surgeon, to our team. She has gained our clients’ trust and made an instant impact by improving our dentistry protocols and being the first responder to most rescue animals we see. Last year, we also hired an experienced practice manager, Sara Aho. Dr. Hargreaves and Sara will work hand in hand to navigate the direction of the clinic when I retire in the coming months.
It’s the staff that makes this clinic successful, and I feel like it’s important to shout out to all of them. It has taken years to develop a team with the level of expertise that we have, and I am so grateful that we have thrived, especially during COVID. During the pandemic, we added Elaina, our second receptionist, and the staff dug in their heels and never let the clinic shut down.
We provided urgent care and accepted new clients when others couldn’t. The time was right and I knew it was time to make my exit, but again, the staff and our clients are really what make PVPH so special. I’ll be forever grateful to each and every one of you.
I am an anomaly. I will have started and ended my career at PVPH. I thank you all for accepting me for who I am and allowing me the privilege of providing care for your pets. Prairie Village Pet Hospital has been my safe haven for 34 years. Now it’s time to explore the great, new world!
Cheers,

part of this district since 2012, and to see the continuous partnership between our schools and our community over those 11 years has been beyond inspiring. For our 100th anniversary, we want to recognize and honor the legacy of our growth, achievement, and excellence together.”
Though that early Consolidated School building is still in use today, it would be a little small for 9,000 students. Thanks to the strong support of Eden Prairie residents and businesses, the district’s footprint has grown significantly since 1924.
Since Eden Prairie’s earliest days, its residents have believed deeply in the power of community and the importance of education. In fact, the town board of Eden Prairie held its first meeting in a log schoolhouse on May 11th, 1858 – the same day Minnesota became a state. That log schoolhouse would remain a hub of community for decades to come.
As Eden Prairie’s rolling agricultural fields bloomed into thriving centers of business and community, its school grew as well. The one-room schoolhouse came and went, and the city joined others as part of a joint school district. However, in March 1924, the Eden Prairie Consolidated School welcomed students back to their hometown in the brick building at the top of School Road (now known as the Administrative Services Center).
The school continued to be an important gathering place for all residents, providing space for movies, voting, weddings and clothes ironing as it was one of the first electrified buildings in Eden Prairie. This new, consolidated school and the community supporting it laid the foundation for the Eden Prairie Schools we know and love today. That’s why throughout the 2023-24 school year, Eden Prairie Schools will celebrate 100 Years of Inspiring Each.
“This is really a celebration of community,” says Superintendent Dr. Josh Swanson. “I’ve been a
Today’s students learn and grow in a districtwide preschool; six in-person elementary schools, including a Spanish immersion option; a newly renovated and expanded middle school; and a 750,000-squarefoot high school equipped with classrooms and co-curricular spaces that the earliest Eagles could have hardly imagined. Students ages 18-22 with additional learning needs can continue their learning after graduation in the TASSEL Transition Program, and more than 500 students from across Minnesota have joined the Eden Prairie Schools community by choosing EP Online as their educational home.
This exciting growth would not have been possible without partnership with the broader Eden Prairie community, which after 165 years still believes in the value of an excellent education for its children. Countless people have invested time, energy and resources to nurture this outstanding school system. Along the way, the district’s schools and students have sought to give back, too. This past school year, students at Central Middle School and Eden Prairie High School volunteered with several local organizations to make an impact in the community that has supported them so strongly. Becoming a destination district with strong schools has led to strong home values throughout the area.
The district’s 100th year will be guided by a strong roadmap. Starting in fall 2022 and continuing throughout the spring, district and school leaders asked the Eden Prairie community to share its hopes for students over the next five years. Data
collected from multiple surveys and in-person and digital forums showed three clear priorities for the future: personalized and authentic learning experiences, wellbeing among all students and staff, and inclusive learning environments that foster a sense of belonging.
The new Eden Prairie Schools Strategic Plan, which centers around these three priorities, will be in place from 2023 to 2028.
“The timing of our strategic plan couldn’t be more perfect,” says Dr. Swanson. “Building on our community’s deeply held belief in the importance of education, and looking to our next 100 years, we’re honoring the successes of our district while also seeking ways to constantly do the best we possibly can for our students. It’s an exciting time to be an Eagle.”
One Hundred Years of Inspiring Each means a lot to celebrate – and the whole Eden Prairie community is invited to join the party!
The district plans to partner with the City of Eden Prairie and the Eden Prairie Historical Society to honor its impactful legacy with activities and events for the whole family. Watch your mailbox and edenpr.org for more information about happenings throughout the 2023-24 school year.
As it embarks on an exciting centennial year, Eden Prairie Schools will remain a vital pillar of the Eden Prairie community and continue inspiring each student every day. The next century is sure to give rise to many more Eagles who contribute purposefully to their communities, the world, and each other – just like those who have gone before them. Go Eagles!
After the building that is now the Administrative Services Center was created in 1924, there was still lots of building to be done to create the Eden Prairie Schools we know today! The city’s school communities are incredible places for students to learn and grow. Here’s when they were built.
Any place can be improved by the addition of dogs. Your house? Arguably not a home until something enthusiastic and barking lives there. A ski resort? No one who has been buried under an avalanche ever crossed their fingers in hope that a cat would show up. Even hospitals, which are generally pretty concerned about sanitation, will let grinning Labs and goldens inside where they can raise spirits.
In spite of this rule, dogs have been egregiously excluded from restaurants. Go to any steak house, sushi bar, rib joint or taqueria and you will find an appalling lack of dogs. I believe this is unacceptable. Fortunately for the Twin Cities, so does Kevin Knutson. That’s why he and his business partner Sam Carter opened Unleashed Hounds and Hops: a place where dogs can frolic in a year-round playground while their best friends drink beer and eat bar food like Chicago dogs, pupcorn chicken and mini corn dogs (more properly known as “puppers”).
“Sam and I met while we were working in security and law enforcement for a hospital in St. Paul,” said Kevin.
“We were both adopting dogs at the time, and we both felt it was too difficult to find things to do with our dogs. We imagined an indoor dog park, bar and restaurant all rolled into one, and decided we were the ones to create it.
“We couldn’t have done it with out Sam’s mom Dawn Uremovich, who would also become our business partner. She’s a lifelong restauranteur and was eager to help us develop our idea, find a location, and get approval from the City of Minneapolis. That last part was difficult, because we needed two licenses to serve food and liquor and another to run a pet facility.
“It all paid off in the end. Today Unleashed Hounds and Hops offers a great place for you and your dog to make new friends. Unleashed perfectly captures that ‘dog park vibe,’ where people have an easy time striking up organic conversations while their dogs chase each other around in circles. And we have plenty of space for it – about 6,000 square feet of indoor off-leash playspace with structures dogs can climb all over, plus an outdoor landscaped area for
nicer days. We also host rescue events here, because it’s a fun place where adoptable dogs feel comfortable letting their personalities shine.
“Our kitchen and bar area is separated by a big glass wall for health code reasons. You don’t have to dine with the dogs if you don’t want to, but most people choose to have their food and beverages in the playspace where they can enjoy the show up close.
“We serve elevated bar food: Kramarczuk’s craft sausages with delicious toppings, gourmet chicken sandwiches, and all the shareables that socializing over drinks demands. We’re often told we have the best cheese curds in the Twin Cities, which we beer batter to order and serve with harissa ketchup.
“Are there food thefts? Well, every once in a while a sausage does hit the ground. It sure doesn’t stay there for long, though.
“I’m a big craft beer guy and love the local brewing scene. Everything we pour comes from the Midwest and as close as three blocks away, so it’s always fresh and in season. If you don’t feel like a glass of Surly or Castle Danger, we also have a good selection of canned beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.”

Photo by Cortni BoosAsk anyone in the Twin Cities to associate one word with Eden Prairie, and they will all say the same thing: Adventure. That’s because our fair city is host to Winnebago Industries, the brand most synonymous with gallivanting across the countryside for thrill and pleasure.
Winnebago Industries still manufactures fine Winnebago brand recreational vehicles, camper vans and travel trailers in Forest City, Iowa, just as they have since their foundation in 1958. Eden Prairie became the site of Winnebago Industries’ management offices in 2017, and then their corporate headquarters five years later.
“For every winter you survive in the Twin Cities, you should get a merit badge,” said Ashis Bhattacharya. It was the business climate that got Ashis hooked on the metro, which ultimately welcomed him to his place as senior vice president of business development, strategy and advanced technology for Winnebago Industries.
“Our leadership team wanted an ideal location for continued growth; one with a deep market, an abundance of talent, a huge logistics hub, and excellent higher education,” said Ashis. “That Eden Prairie offers all of these plus beautiful neighborhoods made it the logical choice.
“We treasure how much the Winnebago brand means to so many people, and strive to live up to their highest expectations. I once met a senior business leader who got quite emotional over the fact that we don’t make Tonka Winnebagos anymore. He epitomized the kind of connection Americans have formed with our brand for decades.”
That kind of connection brings with it a sense of purpose and a desire to give back to the community. “We’re fortunate to have received many opportunities to give back, such
as our partnership with the Minnesota Vikings Foundation,” said Ashis. “Alongside STAR, we upfitted a JS Series to serve as the foundation’s newest state-of-the-art food truck, which now provides nutritious meals to children in need across the Twin Cities. We regularly match charitable donations to non-profits that serve Eden Prairie and surrounding communities. And while the discontinuation of the Tonka Winnebago may have upset some people, I believe we have made up for it with the Winnebago Industries Scholarship program which has helped send so many of our employees’ promising children off to college.
“At its heart, our company’s culture is one of freedom and exploration. We’re continuing the tradition of the American pioneer – that disciple of wanderlust who seeks liberation in every corner of the country. The aspiration to open the same bedroom door to Monument Valley, the Grand Canyon, and Grand Teton peak all in the same week? It’s Winnebago Industries’ mission to make it come true.”
Winnebago Industries isn’t customer-centric. “We’re customer-obsessed ,” said Ashis, “and part of that means we are constantly thinking about innovation. “We will celebrate the grand opening of our advanced technology center in Savage this fall. It’s where we’ll devise the next generations of products for all our brands: Grand Design RV, Newmar RV, Chris-Craft Boats and Barletta Boat, and, of course, Winnebago.
“Our engineering and product development teams are looking at technology that won’t exist until five to ten years from now and working hard to commercialize it. They built the world’s first all-electric RV. Its latest generation, the eRV2, has a range of about 135 miles. We still have some way to go before
“We’re continuing the tradition of the American pioneer – that disciple of wanderlust who seeks liberation in every corner of the country.”
Americans can fulfill their dreams of true carbon-neutral offthe-grid living, but our 15 active test vehicles and recent acquisition of Lithionics Battery will help get them there soon.
“We believe sustainability and developing stronger, lighter materials are one and the same goal. It motivates our research into making upholstery, flooring, wall coverings and other components out of recycled and sustainable materials to the greatest extent possible.
“Our Grand Design division is currently developing travel trailers which integrate more seamlessly with the Ford F-150 – America’s favorite half-ton truck. And thanks to the efforts of our Special Vehicle division, the Winnebago brand recently introduced the Inspire motorhome and the Roam camper van. Both are accessibility enhanced vehicles that give wheelchair users greater domain over the great outdoors than ever before.”
Winnebago Industries, Inc. is a leading North American manufacturer of outdoor lifestyle products under the Winnebago, Grand Design, Chris-Craft, Newmar and Barletta brands, which are used primarily in leisure travel and outdoor recreation activities. The company builds quality motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheel products, and outboard and sterndrive boats. Winnebago Industries has multiple facilities in Iowa, Indiana, Oregon, Minnesota and Florida.

Your duty to the ones you love isn’t a burden. On the contrary, it elevates you. Once you become someone’s protector and provider, you can finally manifest the most beautiful virtue of all: benevolence .
Your partner. Your children. Even your pets. Everyone who depends on you will need you the most if you are no longer there to care for them. Fortunately, your benevolence can endure long after your passing or incapacitation. You just need the Legal Mama.
“I founded Breiner Law Firm to help my clients make the best personal, financial and legal decisions for themselves and their families – both during and after their lifetimes,” said Sarah Breiner, the Legal Mama herself. “Whoever you are, you deserve an advisor you can trust to safeguard your loved ones’ interests during the most difficult time of their lives.
“A will, trust, power of attorney and advance healthcare directive are all essential elements of estate planning. Whether they detail their needs precisely or would rather rely on our expert guidance, the Breiner Law team creates those legal documents for our clients on a daily basis. But we go beyond estate planning. We provide legacy planning, which assures that your surviving family will be cared for in exact accordance with your wishes.
“Legacy planning is a must for any family with minor children. In addition to naming the guardian you would want to raise your children in your absence (as well as multiple backup guardians, in case of a truly worst-case scenario), it informs that guardian of how you would like your children raised. Your spiritual beliefs, your values, your culture, your philosophies, even the musical instruments and second languages you would like your children to learn – all of these are your legacies, and they deserve preservation. That’s why we create the Guardian Guide, which clearly lays out all of your instructions for your children’s upbringing.
“The Guardian Guide also includes a legally recognized emergency wallet card, which identifies exactly whom you wish to care for your children in the event of a crisis. Not the state government. Not a family member who only
volunteers to help when they sense financial opportunity. Just the person you trust most, and no one else.
“To some, the best person to raise their children isn’t necessarily the best one to make financial decisions on their behalf. We accommodate them by offering the option of designating both a ‘financial parent’ and a ‘physical parent.’ It’s a great solution if you respect a particular family member for their financial acumen and believe they would make a responsible trustee, but are also aware that they aren’t prepared to nurture children.
“Although your wealth can help protect your child, it is also crucial to protect your child from your wealth. You may trust your child enormously. But if you recall the indiscretions of your own youth, then you understand why a check for your remaining assets could be a destructive gift for your child to receive on their 18th birthday.
“Fortunately, the government’s default plan doesn’t have to be your plan. You can choose to postpone your child’s inheritance until they reach a wiser and less impulsive age. You can also set
“Whoever you are, you deserve an advisor you can trust to safeguard your loved ones’ interests during the most difficult time of their lives.”
up a trust that strictly pays for their education, home, and other day-to-day needs. A lifetime asset protection trust can guarantee financial security to your child, as well as work exclusively to their benefit even if they one day get divorced or have creditors.
“Your children may not be the only ones who depend on you. I volunteer at Midwest Avian Adoption & Rescue Services (MAARS) in St. Paul every Friday. Parrots and cockatoos are extreme examples, as either can live to be over 100 years old, but they always remind me that too many people fail to consider what would happen to their beloved pets if they were no longer around to care for them.
“When they first hear about estate planning for pets, people always conjure up an image of a wealthy heiress who bequeaths several million dollars to her Persian cat. But pet planning doesn’t have to be quite so dramatic in practice. In addition to naming a suitable, willing and nonallergic guardian, it usually includes setting aside a reasonable sum of money that would go toward your pet’s food and veterinary care. Pet planning can save any pet, which the law treats as personal property, from winding up in a shelter. It is especially important for cats, Persian or otherwise, as they are sadly more likely to get passed over for adoption once they have reached adulthood.
“Your duty to your loved ones transcends what you’re able to do for them today. It must include looking ahead and planning for every possible contingency – especially the worst ones, which don’t include you in them. The world doesn’t always give us the future we hoped for. That’s why I’m here: to empower you to protect your family’s future, no matter what fate has in store.”
Protect the only things that truly matter in life. Visit legal mama.com today to schedule your free 20-minute phone consultation, family wealth planning session, or estate plan checkup and review.
MAARS has cared for approximately 1,500 birds since their foundation in 1999. Does your dog or cat like food – or toys? Is your dog’s coat making no secret of the fact that it needs expeditious cleaning or grooming? Does it sound like the cast of Riverdance is walking through your house whenever your dog crosses a hard floor? The best way to take care of all your fuzzy pal’s day-to-day needs has finally come to Eden Prairie. Pet Evolution is now open for business!
“I became a dog lover, biology student, nutrition enthusiast and entrepreneur in that order,” said David Deniston, owner of Pet Evolution. “That’s why opening this franchise felt like such a natural choice. Building relationships with people while helping
their pets live longer, happier lives has already proven itself to be the most rewarding calling I could have answered.
“Pet Evolution’s extensive selection of high-quality foods, treats and supplements is what first caught my attention. After studying up on pet nutrition, I realized just how dramatically these brands can improve dogs’ and cats’ lives, giving them silkier coats, healthier skin, more playful energy, and even a lower risk of cancer.
“We offer three categories of food: Select, which is free of corn, wheat, soy, by-products, and artificial sweeteners and colors; Classic, which has all the benefits of Select plus higher protein content;
Photo by Pete Roseand Signature, which includes premium raw and freeze-dried meats – the healthiest option for most dogs and cats. And of course we have all the treats that pets deserve for being on their best behavior (or just for being cute).
“Premium foods only appear to cost more. In reality they provide better value, and not just because they can help prevent medical issues. Standard foods typically contain a significant amount of filler. That tricks you into thinking you’re buying more food, when in fact your pet will receive zero sustenance from the added volume. You’ll be surprised by how little nutritionally dense food your pet actually needs, as well as how long a single bag can last them.”
David and his team are bona fide pet food gurus. If you’re uncertain which type of food would ideally suit a hyperkinetic puppy or an elderly, dignified tabby, they’ll help you choose the very best. They’ll also explain how you can transition your pet to their new food without upsetting their sensitive stomach.
But David is not just a nutrition buff. Having shared his home with a German shepherd and a Siberian husky in the past, he is all too familiar with the perils of overgrown fluff.
“The Groom Room is what really sealed the deal when it came to opening a Pet Evolution franchise,” said David. “With our seven full-time professional groomers and two full-time bathing specialists, we offer more immediate availability than any of our competitors. We invested heavily into building a great team before our grand opening last June, and it was well worth it. Their pride, professionalism, positive attitude and passion for animals all shine through in every beautiful coat they’ve coiffed.”
Washing your dog outside doesn’t make sense for half of the year, unless you want to end up with a pupsicle. And even if your dog’s patience and passivity were both supercanine, you still wouldn’t want to kneel over your bathtub while making a hairy, sudsy mess. Fortunately, the best way to wash a pooch awaits at Pet Evolution.
“We have five full-size self-wash stations, each able to comfortably accommodate the largest breed – or, once it is outfitted with a special insert, the smallest puppy,” said David. “The spacious, elevated tubs make it easy to spray, lather and rinse every nook and cranny of your dog without straining your back. The water is maintained at a safe, comfortable temperature. The nozzle
gives you complete control over water pressure. The high-velocity commercial air dryer keeps wet dog fur away from your car’s upholstery. We also provide smocks, unlimited shampoo, and unlimited towels. Bring in the world’s biggest, funkiest St. Bernard – we’ll be ready for both of you.
“Our mobile nail trim van brings the convenience of Pet Evolution right to your doorstep. Call from any home in Eden Prairie and we’ll be right there to provide any care that doesn’t require water: nail trimming, nail grinding, ear cleaning, teeth brushing and gland expression. Our van also lets us showcase our great service at parks, apartment buildings, charity fundraisers and craft breweries throughout the southwest metro. We go wherever the dogs are!”

Bob Marley said money can’t buy life. Paul McCartney said money can’t buy love. Leo Rosten said money can’t buy happiness. These assertions all hold true, yet few would decline an invitation to become any of those wealthy artists’ heirs.
Even if they can’t look forward to Abbey Road royalties, your hard work and foresight can still assure more rewarding lives to your children. And if you follow the sound guidance of a financial expert, your wealth may very well water branches of your family tree that haven’t sprouted yet.
“Kyle Luebeck, Daniel Geisler and Brian Hamm founded our wealth management firm on a simple principle,” said Todd Loudenslager, managing director. “We believe every dollar someone earns should go directly toward a worthy goal – and in this life, no goal is worthier than taking good care of your kids.
“As important as they are, in-depth financial analyses should never precede a warm and open conversation with a new client. Whether you are
young, old, single or married, we will ask you a fundamental question during our first meeting: ‘How do kids fit into your life?’ However simple it might be, your answer will have far-reaching implications that demand thoughtful inclusion in your financial strategy.
“No two people share the same philosophy on child-rearing. For example, some parents would rather their children not give a thought to money until after they’ve earned their degrees. Others believe that working during college builds character, and plan to contribute to their children’s post-secondary education accordingly. Such subtle differences in parenting styles can only reveal themselves through frank and thorough conversation, which underscores the importance of sitting down and really getting to know your client as a person – not as a set of financial data.”
The best-laid schemes of mice and men often go higgledy-piggledy. Luebeck Geisler Hamm Wealth
Kyle and Amanda Luebeck with children Deklan and KeiraManagement’s experts take the world’s inexorable volatility into account while formulating their clients’ financial plans.
“Our clients are constantly faced with opportunities and setbacks,” Todd continued. “Our financial strategies aren’t so rigid that they can’t accommodate those hurdles. If you would like to make the down payment on your son’s new house – or act as the angel investor to your daughter’s new business venture – determining how that expense would bear on your long-term goals and whether it is feasible should only take a matter of minutes.
“It’s never too early to receive financial advice. Building a strong foundation will help you navigate the unexpected, such as a new addition to your family that necessitates a larger house, or an acceptance letter to medical school. But it’s never too late to start financial planning, either. Everyone would like to become that grandparent – the one the whole
family can rely on for support, even after their passing. If you would like to establish a legacy that will benefit descendants you may never meet, or simply make sure your wealth will one day help the world at large by funding your favorite charities, we can secure any future you wish to create.
“What most sets Luebeck Geisler Hamm Wealth Management apart is our intense focus on our client’s interests. We emphasize stewardship rather than salesmanship as we endeavor to provide the best available solutions. Whether it comprises stocks, bonds, commodities, alternative investments, annuities, insurance, or any combination thereof, we’re going to equip you with a strong financial strategy.”
