Tijdens en na Arcadia genieten scholieren kunst-, cultuur- en burgerschapseducatie. Zelfstandig, met leerkracht of kunstvakdocent gaan leerlingen op onderzoek uit in eigen omgeving. Zo verdiepen zij zich in bomen en versterken de band met de lokale natuur. Elke klas ontvangt in het kader van ‘De tocht der zaailingen’ een zaailing van de boom uit het onderzoek. Deze planten zij gezamenlijk.

Naast onderzoek is er volop ruimte voor dans, spel, beweging, beeldende kunst, drama en muziek. In Bosk, in Paradys en op scholen. De Videonerds van NHL Stenden nemen leerlingen in zes Bosk-journaals mee door Bosk. Leerlingen van verschillende scholen tonen hun werken rondom biodiversiteit in een tentoonstelling in Tresoar. De Verdwaalatlas combineert de kunstenaarsmindset met Sustainable Development Goals. Het boek biedt kind en docent een aanleiding om creatief over de uitdagingen van deze tijd na te denken. Om zo weerbaar, nieuwsgierig, veerkrachtig en kwetsbaar te leren zijn.
