We agree flights, gather individual travel requirements, arrange group & single transfers, issue confirmations, and provide travel support on-site
We'll ensure your guests are set up with appropriate accommodation, based on your criteria, such as venue proximity.
Our project managers will arrive the day prior to your attendees, providing reassurance that everything is ready to go for registration desks, congress packs, and dinner reservations. They will assist throughout the duration of the congress and depart after the last attendee.
