LONG STAYS
Let’s start with the facts.
aparthotel Birmingham has 161 apartments, 10 different types of rooms, and a 24-hour concierge service.
You’ll have access to an on-site shop and takeaway for easy selfcatering. However, if you want to experience what the city has to offer, you ’ re only a 10-minute walk away from the city centre and a 15-minute walk away from the jewellery quarter
The venue even has event space. Their 12-seat boardroom is perfect for team meetings and small gatherings. There is also a beautiful open space in the lobby that would serve as a wonderful backdrop for informal meetings
Terrace Rooms are pet-friendly, so you never need to worry about leaving the dog at home again!
So, why an aparthotel and not a regular hotel? We’d recommend aparthotel Birmingham for Long Stays, (any stay that lasts longer than a couple of weeks). If an employee is relocating, an aparthotel serves as a home base and is a lot more inviting than a hotel room. Similarly, if you’re working on a project away from home, it can be massively beneficial to your mental wellbeing to have a place to call your own.
aparthotel Birmingham is unexpected in many ways. Its location is convenient and easily accessible. Some of the apartments have lovely terraces, providing fantastic views of the city.
The venue is also set up as a workspace, so if you want to work from your apartment or any of the spaces set up around the venue - you can.
The team are attentive and helpful. It’s the kind of service you’d expect from a luxury hotel. You also get a real sense of security from the space. There is a huge locker room, meaning if you ’ re away for the weekend, you can store your belongings on-site and pick them up when you return.
All in all, this is a venue worth seeing and experiencing. Great for a day or two, but also a perfect accommodation option for a long stay.

Ansty Hall, Exclusive Collection COMING SOON
We recently took a hard hat tour of this brilliant venue. Since coming under Exclusive Collection’s wing, it has undergone significant refurbishments and is being brought in line with the group’s B Corp status, including updates to the on-site restaurant. We’re so excited to see the finished product later this year.
The Sage ICC OPENING 2025
This massive new space will sit along the River Tyne in Newcastle Gateshead. Upon completion, it will offer 5,720m of event space and can host as many as 1,800 guests. We’re excited about this space as it will be super sustainable, with energy fed by urban solar parks and naturally heated mine water.
Six Senses London OPENING 2025
A breath away from Hyde Park, Six Senses London will open in a restored art deco emporium. The space will have 109 guest rooms and various spaces for private events, including an all-day dining restaurant with an open kitchen, and a seating area in the courtyard. This is sure to be a brilliant new London venue.
