The Annual Seashore House Tour, celebrating its 60th year in 2026, is a cherished island tradition that promotes tourism, showcases local architecture, and supports businesses in the home-building and design community. As a nonprofit organization, LBIF relies on the proceeds from this event to sustain its mission and year-round programs in the arts and sciences.
Event sponsorship opportunities are also available throughout the year for LBIF’s gallery exhibitions, festivals, and community programs, offering brand exposure, recognition across marketing channels, and a chance to support arts and science education for all ages.
