CHAPTER I | FOREWORD 1.

Background World consisting of various countries, which in essence consists of various ethnic, religious, racial, and other things. It's like a double-edged knife which if executed poorly, it will have a negative impact on humans. Even with the diversity in their own country, will have an impact on the division if not managed properly, especially if there is no tolerance and mutual respect. It will be a challenge scout to take the initiative to facilitate the exchange of ideas, experiences, and knowledge from one country to another, or between people in a country. This initiative will take the form camporee of various nationalities and religious backgrounds are different during the week, "The International Scout Peace Camp". "International Scout Peace Camp" which gathers 250 Indonesian Scouts and 250 Scout around the world will facilitate, learning and competencies acquired in inter-cultural learning, dialogue and conflict transformation in the framework of human rights.

Objective a. Being an experiential learning process and acquired competences in the field of intercultural learning, dialogue, and conflict transformation within a human rights framework for creating tolerance among nations. b. To facilitate the exchange of experience, idea, and knowledge both nationally and internationally, so that it could inspire and motivate the participants to understand each other and build concrete actions in creating a better world. c. Provide experiences for Gerakan Pramuka in managing International activities and providing opportunities for young people of Indonesia to participate in Scouting Activities Worldwide Level.
