About the Brand
About Us
The Business Curators are a Social Enterprise that helps independent businesses within Huddersfield to reach a wider audience to promote themselves.
This is a direct response to the COVID 19 pandemic and how hard businesses were hit (especially small businesses with the unexpected expense) causing some to close or start to struggle now the economy is opening back up again.
There was also a large number of people who started up a small business when having lost their jobs or were quarantined at home.

The Primary Logo is the foundation of the brands identity. We chose a minimal, simple logo design to communicate our professionalism. By using a Serif Font, the logo is clean, confident and stands out well. By adding a small icon using our four brand colours, we are communicating our brand values.

The secondary logo is to be used when the primary logo doesn’t fit with the collateral. For example, the secondary logo will be used in the social media profile picture as it fits better.

A submark is a less detailed version of your logo , and is to be used where an icon can be recognised. This could include social media content or the zine.

Brand Colours
To choose our brand colours, we decided to create a mood board with images which associate with our business the most. Soft lighting, fresh plants, and a warm colour palette. From these images we colour picked to create out perfect colour palette.
