Debt:
Purchase and development costs to be geared to a maximum of 65% debt with our trusted and competitive lenders to ensure a smooth, efficient transaction while minimizing risk.
Target assets will be prime Central London properties—either single-unit or multi-unit, residential or mixed-use.
Landmass will arrange debt, acquisition, SPV structure, development management, sale, and aftercare.
