PHASE 1: CLIENT PROFILE
We will create a detailed client profile for you in order to narrow down the search. The profile is based on your budget, purpose of purchase, location and size requirements.

When we have found a suitable property for you, we will proceed with a feasibility study. Finally, we will negotiate the best price for the property of your choice.

We will manage all snagging and post-construction matters prior to the formal handover. After you move in, we can also oversee ongoing home maintenance, giving you complete peace of mind wherever you are in the world.

You can expect complete transparency regarding proposed layouts, construction details, budgets and professional fees. We provide up to five feasibility assessments, including proposed plans, high-level costs and anticipated timelines. This is included within the cost of the retainer.
