We will present a range of layout options and design solutions. The presentation will be accompanied by detailed cost and time implications.
Phase 7 : Constructing the Approved Design
Once the construction documents are complete, the project will be tendered to several contractors. After selecting a contractor and agreeing on a budget, all costs will be shared transparently with you on an open-book basis. Our team will oversee the entire construction process from start to finish.
Phase 8 : Completing the project
We will manage all snagging and post-construction matters prior to the formal handover. After you move in, we can also oversee ongoing home maintenance, giving you complete peace of mind wherever you are in the world.
