restaurant in Girona and the boss is the Chef Peter Massana that was awarded with a Michelin star. The restaurant Nu wants to create a trend and it offers a cuisine that allows us to play with the palate. It continues with the same line of the cuisine but younger or more groundbreaking. It is situated in “El Barri Vell de Girona” in Abeuradors Street.

2. RESTAURANT DESCRIPTION The restaurant has an only a dining room for a maximum of 38 people divided in a low bar and some tables. From the outside Nu, has a lot of windows and lights and the wall is grey, so we can say that it is very modern.
