1.Introduction:

La Penyora is a restaurant located in the old neighbourhood of Girona. It was founded in the 1979 by Lluís Llamas and Consol Ribas. This restaurant offers modern cuisine inspired in the traditional and familiar Mediterranean cuisine and the fusion of other type of cultures. It provides a creative and innovator cuisine. The restaurant only uses natural products of the market and of their own vegetable garden.
