Cancellations Programs are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration or changes in facility operation. If this occurs, a full refund will be issued. The refund will be issued based on the method of payment. In the event that a program or an individual class is cancelled, every attempt will be made to have the class or program rescheduled. Refunds Refunds may be given for withdrawals from programs 5 days prior to the start of the program, subject to a $5 refund processing fee. No refunds will be given 4 days or less before a course start date. Classes missed due to vacation or scheduling conflicts will not be refunded or credited.
