This is a very friendly neighbourhood that is both quiet and very close to downtown Kitchener. We love taking daily walks through nearby Cherry park or Victoria park with our dog. We have easy access to the ION via central sta on and the GO train to Toronto.
Our 4 favourite features are the large property with enclosed pa o at the front of the house. Addi on to the house on the main floor serves as a great office space, we love the open layout of the main floor. Our kitchen and living room receives a lot of natural sunlight. Large kitchen with modern appliances and a lot of counter and cabinet space.
