TYPOGRAPHY

Establishing a strong typography is vital for creating a memorable and recognizable brand identity. The typography sets the tone for the brand and is often the first thing that is noticed. Therefore, it is essential to choose a typeface that is both legible and unique to make the development stand out from competitors. A strong typography also ensures consistency across all marketing materials, from monumentation and wayfinding to brochures and websites, which helps to build brand recognition. It is important to create a type style reflecting your project’s values and personality to attract the target audience.

LOGO DESIGN

A strong logo design is vital for master planned communities, multi-family developments, and mixed-use developments, as it serves as the visual representation of the project’s vision, values, and identity. It is the first impression that potential residents, investors, and stakeholders will have of the development. A well-designed logo can help build brand recognition, foster a sense of community, and create a distinctive identity that sets the project apart from competitors.

To create a logo that reflects the unique character and identity of the development, we work closely with our clients. We start by understanding their target audience, market position, and brand values. We then conduct research to gain a deep understanding of their industry and competitors. Armed with this knowledge, we develop a range of design concepts that reflect the project’s identity and goals.

COLOR PALETTE

Establishing a cohesive color palette is an essential part of creating a strong brand identity. We work closely with our clients to understand their brand values and personality to select the colors that best represent their identity. We explore different color combinations, shades, and tones to create a range of color options that are unique to the brand. These colors are then carried out into various elements such as monumentation, wayfinding signage, and other branding materials throughout the community. By using the same color palette consistently across different touch points, we ensure that the brand identity remains consistent and recognizable, creating a lasting impression on the audience.

Once we have established a cohesive color palette and other brand identity elements, we package them all into a quick and easy-to-reference branding guide sheet. This guide sheet serves as a comprehensive resource to understand and maintain the brand identity. It includes all the necessary information about the brand’s personality, messaging, color palette, typography, imagery, and other visual elements. By having all of these elements in one place, it becomes easier for our clients to ensure that their brand identity remains consistent across different touch points. Additionally, if needed, we can also create a more extensive guide document that goes into greater detail about the brand’s visual identity and how it can be implemented across various mediums.
