NEW ASSOCIATE SPLIT: All New Associates are automatically enrolled in the KW Heritage Membership Program. New Associates receive 65% of the first five (5) transactions, not including rental commission or referral commission. After that, the agent graduates to the Standard Associate Split of 70% and will never revert to 65%. Under no circumstances will this be negotiated or modified.
STANDARD ASSOCIATE SPLIT:
After successfully completing the KW Heritage Mentorship Program, associates will transition to a commission structure where agents receive 70% of commissions. The total production, calculated manually, will include commissions earned at both 65% and 70% rates, based on a $60K Gross Commission Income (GCI), within the agent’s fiscal (anniversary) year The Associate will then receive 100% of commissions on all transactions closed during the remainder of the Associate’s fiscal year (a transaction fee will apply to transactions that close while capped).
