The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is not only a bridge for communication between the school and the parents but also a resource pool for entertaining parent-child activities. It helps enhance parent-school co-operation and the school spirit in general.
The PTA organizes the Annual Meeting every year mostly in October. The PTA members would report on the work they have done and also release their report on the financial situation during the meeting. At the same time, parent-child workshops would be held after the annual meeting so as to provide precious occasions for strengthening ties in the family. Meanwhile, picnics and visits that aim to enhance parent-child relations are also organized by the PTA at times. These activities not only help consolidate the relation between parents and their kids but also provide opportunities for parents to know more about one another.

The PTA has also joined and helped organized different events like the Thematic Integration Day and the festive programme titled (in Chinese only) “中華文化日”, which have often been well liked by participants. The PTA has also tried conducting various web-based activities via the Internet, aiming to enhance parent-child relations, despite the undesirable impacts of the pandemic on deterring on-site interactions in these recent years.

On giving their keen support for the school, the PTA has also been generous enough to sponsor some of our school activities.
