Pool & Tennis Courts
Swimming pool hours: Tuesday – Sunday, 9:00 AM thru 10:00 PM Monday – Closed for cleaning (unless Monday is a holiday, then it will be closed the following Tuesday) No lifeguards are on duty, swim at your own risk. Tennis Courts: Everyday – 5:00 AM thru 11:00 PM For access to the pool and tennis courts, please fill out the request and submit your completed form to KPM Management. ALL ASSESSMENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL.

If you are planning to make improvements to your property, such as build a pool, paint your house, or any other exterior modifications, please submit an HIR (Home Improvement Request) to KPM Management. You may contact KPM Management at 281-685-3090 or via -mail at dennis@kpmmanagement.com. Send your HIR along with all the necessary information to KPM Management. After your request is received, you will receive an approval or denial letter. Please do not begin a project until you have received approval.
