BEAR CREEK MEADOWS - bcm bear creek meadow 2012 Assessment Statements
The 2012 assessment statements have been mailed to each homeowner. If you have not received your statement please contact Preferred Management Services at 281-897-8808. The assessment was due January 1, 2012 and considered late if not received by January 31, 2012. Interest and other collection fees may apply after January 31, 2012. Please visit the Association’s website at www. Preferredmgt.com for additional information.
Fences - bcm
The Board of Directors would like to remind all homeowners that it is your responsibility to check perimeter fences in your yard. The Association is only responsible for a handful of fences as stated in the deed restrictions. If your lot is not one that is listed then you must maintain the fence. Any repairs or replacement of a perimeter fence must be made exactly as the fence is now. No alterations and no staining. If you have any questions please call Preferred Management Services at 281-897-8808.
Trash Containers - bcm
The Board of Directors would like to remind all homeowners that trash containers are to be placed out of street view (behind a fence or in the garage) after 8 PM on trash pick up days and remain out of street view at all times.
Shopping Carts - bcm
If you are removing a shopping cart from a stores property you are stealing. Several carts are found in the community each week and not returned to the store. This is not only theft but also detracts from the look of the community. Please do not bring shopping carts into the neighborhood and leave them.
Website - bcm
The Bear Creek Meadows HOA has a website for the exclusive use of its homeowners. If you have not registered for the Association’s website please go to www.preferredmgt.com and click on the communities page. Follow the instructions to request a log in. Payments may also be made online using the Association’s third party payment collector. You will need to set up a separate log in and password on their website. If you have any questions please call Preferred Management Services at 281-897-8808.

“I’m In PAIN” Can Chiropractic Help ME ? We are often asked, “What’s the best way of finding out whether or not a doctor of chiropractic can help my problem?” We believe the answer can be found in a complete chiropractic consultation and examination, including x-rays. And to help find out for sure, we will do a complete consultation and examination, including x-rays, if necessary, (procedures that normally cost $187.00 or more) for $25.00. We will make this special program available through FEBRUARY. The only exception to the offer involves personal injury cases (workers’ compensation and auto accidents) in which there is no charge directly to the patient.

BERYL RAMSEY AND WAYNE VOSS TO CHAIRGO RED FOR WOMEN LUNCHEON
CEO of Methodist Willowbrook Hospital, Beryl Ramsey, returns to Chair the Go Red For Women Luncheon in partnership with CEO of Methodist West Houston Hospital, Wayne Voss. Together, Ramsey and Voss will serve as Co-Chairs and lead efforts to raise awareness that heart disease remains the number one killer of women, but is often preventable with healthy lifestyle choices.
Today, only 1 in 5 women believe that heart disease is their greatest health threat. More women die of cardiovascular disease than the next three causes of death combined, including all forms of cancer. Go Red for Women celebrates the energy, passion and power that women can use to band together to wipe out heart disease and stroke. To secure a sponsorship, purchase tables and/or tickets, or for further information, contact Priscilla Luna at 713-610-5071 or email priscilla. email@example.com. For more information about Go Red For Women, visit GoRedForWomen.org or call 1-888-MY-HEART. Go Red For Women is sponsored nationally by Macy’s and Merck & Co., Inc.
This year’s luncheon will be held on Monday, Feb. 13th at the Berry Center in Cy-Fair and is expected to draw more than 400 business and community leaders. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn tips on heart disease and stroke prevention from local experts, listen to a heart-warming story of survival from an area resident, participate in interactive breakout displays and shop the “purse-onalities” silent auction. The silent auction is a unique piece of the luncheon that features items representative of the diverse personalities of the community. Purses can be anything from actual handbags to golf bags to briefcases. This year’s auction will include something for everyone!
