Over the last decade we have gone from strength to strength with our head office and showroom in York, a network of local dealers across the country, as well as a dedicated sales team taking our products to a range of consumer shows and exhibitions across the country every year.

In 1986 Softub revolutionised the hot tub industry when it developed a round hot tub that is light enough and durable enough to be rolled from one location to another, offering customers more flexibility, and simpler installation and maintenance. Powerful massage jets, playful LED illuminations and the soothing calm created by Softub’s Whisper Technology are combined with simple and elegant design. To this day all Softub hot tubs are carefully hand crafted following the brand’s strict guidelines regarding sustainability, innovation and quality.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Softub hot tubs are fully insulated and have a strong, rigid basin – yet they are portable. How can that be? The basin is made from Polybond insulation foam, a NASA engineered material that is also used for space capsules, making a Softub exceedingly light, robust and heat retentive. Without the need to be hard wired a Softub can be plugged into any 13 Amp household socket meaning you can create your new favourite place almost anywhere.

Whisper-Hydromate

The ‘Hydromate combines the hot tub's pump, motor and heating into one unit. Thanks to the clever arrangement of these technical components, the pool's water can be heated by the motor's excess heat. This environmentally-friendly process reduces power consumption to a minimum while innovative Whisper Technology reduces the pump's decibel output to nothing more than a gentle murmur, making Softub one of the quietest hot tubs on the market.

Smart-Chip TM

Intelligent technology: with the Smartchip, Softub hot tubs overcome any issues which might arise from network associated voltage fluctuations. If the chip registers a surge, all electronic components within the hot tub are automatically switched off. This protects the equipment from all risks associated with power cuts.

Control panel

The user friendly control panel allows for the simple adjustment of water temperature, massage jets or light settings - all at the touch of a button.

Hydrojets

The specialised massage jets in a Softub can be activated at the touch of a button and adjusted to reach specific body parts and muscle groups. The adjustable jetflow ensures an individual massage to suit your needs.

LED

An important part of the Softub's hydrotherapy is the addition of underwater LED lighting. 10 different colours and hues cater for any mood or occasion.

The Resort can bring up to six people together at the same time. Our rattan surrounds are crafted from a polyrattan weave which is both durable and weather resistant, making it the ideal choice for outdoor usage. It has been designed to be resistant to damage and discolouration caused by UV light as well as chlorine, and will withstand the elements, even if left outdoors throughout the year.

Delivery & Installation of your new Softub® Hot Tub

Portable and easy to install – set up your Softub oasis in a few simple steps – wherever and whenever you want.

Our professional team will deliver your Softub to your desired installation site. The Softub arrives in two parts and will be positioned, connected and commissioned by our technician. Our friendly team will then give you a thorough and clear product induction so you can enjoy your new Softub oasis with confidence.

We are always here to help so should you have any questions regarding your Softub once our team has left, please contact our after sales support team on 01904 948800.

Depending on the size of your Softub hot tub it will heat the water by approximately 1 – 1.5 degrees C per hour. Once it has reached the temperature it has been set to, your Softub will maintain this temperature so it is ready for your next dip whenever the mood takes you. Our Tip: Fill your Softub with warm water so it is ready to use the same day.

Delivery

We will deliver your Softub to you in two parts and roll it to an installation site of your choice.

Installation

Once the basin and hydromate are in situ, your Softub is ready to be connected.

Commissioning

Your Softub can be filled with a garden hose and needs to be plugged into a standard 13 amp household socket. The final step is to secure the thermal cover to allow the hot tub to heat up and to prevent pollutants to enter the water.
