Delivery & Installation of your new Softub® Hot Tub
Portable and easy to install – set up your Softub oasis in a few simple steps – wherever and whenever you want.
Our professional team will deliver your Softub to your desired installation site. The Softub arrives in two parts and will be positioned, connected and commissioned by our technician. Our friendly team will then give you a thorough and clear product induction so you can enjoy your new Softub oasis with confidence.

Depending on the size of your Softub hot tub it will heat the water by approximately 1 – 1.5 degrees C per hour. Once it has reached the temperature it has been set to, your Softub will maintain this temperature so it is ready for your next dip whenever the mood takes you. Our Tip: Fill your Softub with warm water so it is ready to use the same day.
Delivery
We will deliver your Softub to you in two parts and roll it to an installation site of your choice.
Installation
Once the basin and hydromate are in situ, your Softub is ready to be connected.
Commissioning
Your Softub can be filled with a garden hose and needs to be plugged into a standard 13 amp household socket. The final step is to secure the thermal cover to allow the hot tub to heat up and to prevent pollutants to enter the water.
