• The best orientation for the classrooms is south facing since it optimises natural daylight as well as providing views to the outdoor greenary.

• The site has two access points that are not very much user freindly but can be manipilated into more functional routes for site access.

• The public parking south of the site provides a good optinuntity for extra site parking space. However, poses a scurity threat to cars parked there since there is no evidence of security .

• Brick is the main source of material used around the site.

• The site is ssurrounded by high rise buildings to the west, north and south.

Section A1 The the school maximises the use of its surroundings and building fabric to counteract hostile environmental factors that may limit the flow of activities within the school.

• These include use of tress to reduce external wind loads and street noise.

• Use of cantilvers over learning areas to control internal lighting and cross ventilation trhrough the structural central axis.
