A Prayer For My 1:1 With My Manager I pray over my one-on-one with my manager. I pray that the meeting is blessed and that I have nothing to worry about. I pray for wisdom in this conversation. I pray for wisdom on what to share or express with my manager. I pray that I leave the conversation inspired instead of tired. I pray that I leave the meeting feeling empowered. I pray I leave the meeting with a clear direction on how to move forward. I pray my manager sees my value to this team and takes this into consideration during our time together. I pray for an amazing one-on-one, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
