Father, I pray over my mentee. I ask that you cover them and give them direction.

I pray that every time we connect, it will be a blessing for both of us.

I pray that we will be able to learn from each other and utilize the strengths we have to our advantage. Father, you shared in your word that iron sharpens iron.

I pray that we both sharpen each other. I pray that this will not only be an opportunity to share best practices but also to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
