A Prayer Over Constructive Feedback

Father, I thank you for this amazing career. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to be a voice and person of influence in this role.

I ask that you are present in my constructive feedback. I ask that the feedback is not punitive. I ask that it inspires me and encourages me to be better and to challenge myself to do more within my role.

I ask that the feedback doesn’t lead me to feel down or sad but leaves me feeling hopeful and confident. I pray that the deliverables of the conversation get completed and are actionable.

I thank you for the constructive feedback in advance, for I know it will make me better. Thank you, Jesus. Amen.

A Prayer For My Employees And Team

I thank you, Father for putting me in a position to lead through people. To influence, encourage, and inspire. Father, I ask that you cover my team and employees inside and outside of work.

I pray for peace in their personal lives. I pray for protection over them and their assets. If they are battling depression, please encourage them. Please show me ways I can also encourage them as their manager. I pray for favor, peace, and joy over them. I pray for promotions, raises, and job satisfaction over them.

I pray that I can influence them in ways where they are able to influence others.
