We provide meals for your business meeting of 15 or your special celebration with 300 . We are here to help make any event a success!

Main Event Catering provides service levels for client pick-up, delivery, delivery and set up, and full service . Services also available are decor, service ware, and linens .

Main Event Catering caters to Wichita and the surrounding area . The menu selections below are just the beginning of what Main Event Catering can do for you . Pro Planning Tip:

When you are planning your event, if you are planning to have a heavy cocktail/ hors d'oeuvres party, it is recommended that you plan 5 to 6 pieces per guest. When planning hors d'oeuvres before or with the meal, it is recommended that you plan for 2 to 3 pieces per guest.

Main Event Catering provides trained and certified bartenders to bring cocktails and beverage service to your location! Off-premise bars must be hosted and may include additional setup or delivery fees. A detailed event order will list all charges for your hosted bar event.

Hosted Reception

Drinks are added to your master account and are subject to 22% service charge and 7.5% tax. A $50 charge per hour per bartender will be applied to all banquet bars. For every $200 in bar sales, $50 of this fee will be waived. Priced below per drink.

Service levels provided by Main Event Catering

Disposable, styrofoam dishware, plastic silverware, and napkins. All items are delivered to a specified location.

Buffet Service - Plastic

Buffet Service - China

Full china service buffet style. This is an additional $5.00 per person.

Plated Service

Full china service plated. This is an additional $10.00 per person.

A 21% service charge will be added to any full service buffet or plated meal service. Carry out, drop off with set up will not incur this fee.

Delivery Charge

If we quote a delivery charge with your planned event, it will be quoted as a flat fee and be subject to a 21% service charge and 7.5% tax. Our delivery charge may be based on a combination of total mileage, number of supporting vehicles, and number of supporting team members required to service your event.

Policies

Securing Main Event

To turn your event definite with Main Event Catering, both parties will be required to authorize a catering agreement. Main Event Catering will ask you to authorize a credit card authorization and make a $750 non-refundable payment as a deposit. Full estimated payment will be required 72 hours prior to your event.

Banquet Event Orders

Approximately 4 weeks prior to your event, we will contact and ask for the final details of your event. To ensure that we understand your needs, Main Event Catering will send you a detailed and itemized banquet event order for your written approval.
