WE WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU WHAT WE’RE DOING TO MINIMISE THE RISK FROM CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 TO OUR WHOLE COMMUNITY We are following guidance from UK Active who are the industry body within the UK, along with implementing our own policies, to make your visit as safe and enjoyable as possible. We request that you wear a face covering around the Centre, unless exempt or during an activity. If a face covering is taken into a fitness area it must be kept on the person/in a pocket. Please do not enter the building if you, or anyone in your household have any signs of Coronavirus COVID-19 Symptoms (see gov.uk for guidelines). Those who are at high risk should follow the medical guidance issued to them at all times. Pre-Booking & Pre-Payment of your Fitness Session MUST be made before arriving at the Centre (see Activity Booking & Cancellation Guides in our General Policy Statement). Entry to the Centre will not be allowed without a booking in place (please have your booking confirmation & membership card ready on arrival). All bookings can be made 21 days in advance. View our Fitness Timetable here.

Please arrive at the Centre already dressed in clothing suitable for your activity. Dry Changing Rooms are open for essential use only. Please do not leave any personal belongings out in the changing rooms. For Fitness Suite & Gym users please put belongings in the new coinless/keyless lockers on the landing area. You may only bring a minimal amount of essential items into The Centre, which must be put into a locker before you attend your activity. With the exception of prescribed medication/aids & water bottles which are allowed in all areas & must be kept on you. Towels are permitted for personal use only.
