Have you ever sent an e-mail to the wrong person? Someone with a similar name? As an organisation, we need to be recording these instances and, in some cases, reporting them to the regulator as a data breach. If you do e-mail the wrong person, please let us know asap on gdpr@kings-school.co.uk to allow the Bursar and Esther Marsh to assess the matter. IT have put together a guide for recalling e-mails. Click HERE to access
Disclosing someone’s e-mail address could be a data breach too. Remember to use ‘bcc’ rather than ‘To’ or ‘cc’ for multiple recipients, especially when e-mailing parents. Click HERE for guidance.
If you cannot
As the academic year concludes and we reflect on the past 12 months, we want to thank you all for your dedication and hard work.
Although the academic calendar has ended, our Centre remains operational, and we are grateful for your efforts to support the Centre’s ongoing activities.
We hope you still find moments for a well-deserved and restful summer.
We look forward to September and all that we will achieve as we continue to grow, support one another, and make a lasting impact.
Thank you,
Sports Centre Management Team
