

Logan Village King’s Country Fair 2025 - Stallholder Agreement
Please thoroughly read through the following Terms & Conditions.
The King’s Christian College Country Fair runs on Friday, 17 October 2025, from 3 p.m. till 8pm on the school grounds at 38 Anzac Avenue, Logan Village, QLD 4209
1. You will need to provide your own shade shelter/umbrella/marquee, table/s, chair/s or anything else you require to run your stall for the day. Please ensure that all shade shelters, displays etc are weighted down. Please note you will NOT be allowed to use any pegs or stakes on our grounds, but weights are acceptable.
2. There will be no power available for stallholders. Please make alternative arrangements if your stall requires power and advise the event coordinator accordingly. 
3. Bump in times plus a mud map will be emailed to you one week prior to King’s Country Fair. Please note the mud map will not show the specific position of your marquee. You will be directed to your spot by staff on the day If, on the day, you require help to find your allocated spot, please call the Event Team (number will be provided in confirmation email). 
4. Due to the high traffic of stallholders and vendors during bump-in, your vehicle MUST BE removed from the unloading area as soon as you have unloaded and before you begin your set-up. All vehicles are to be removed from the unloading area by 1.30 pm.
5. At the end of the day, you may begin pack down after 7.30 pm You will not have access to bring your vehicle to the loading area until after 8 pm or as soon as the Event Manager has given clearance.
6. Please ensure that you leave your area clean and free of rubbish by using the bins provided.
7. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please ensure you notify the Marketing Department 48 hours in advance via email at lrichardson@kingscollege.qld.edu.au If, on the day, you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact the Events Team before 8 am.

8. All stallholders are responsible for their own property and must ensure that their activities do not endanger the safety or security of any people at the King’s Country Fair. King’s Christian College WILL NOT be liable for any claims with respect to personal injury or property loss, or damage caused by any stall, and you are encouraged to seek your own advice regarding public liability insurance. 
9. In the event of extreme weather, a wet weather plan will be actioned and all details (mud map, new bump in & out times, locations etc.) emailed to you by 11 October 2025 If in doubt, please phone the Marketing Department on 5587 7680.
10. Please note King’s Christian College reserves the right to decline any Stallholder’s applications that do not align with our King’s ethos. Items must be appropriate for all ages. We are a Christian school, and stalls must not present in a way that conflicts with our Christian values. The College reserves the right, at its complete discretion, to ask for items to be removed from stalls on the day that the College deems inappropriate.
11. It is important that our vendors receive the most exclusive experience so we will be unable to accept any stalls that replicate another stallholder’s products.
