animals ANIMALS HUG: Homes for Unwanted Greyhounds (CHY 19414), formerly Kerry Greyhound Connection, takes in, rehabilitates and finds homes for unwanted racing greyhounds. We are looking for people to help us by offering a foster home for a greyhound as a ‘half-way-home’ until we can find a permanent home for the dog. Fostering is a really valuable and ‘hands on’ way to be involved in greyhound rescue work. There is no cost to fosterers as HUG will cover all food and veterinary expenses. Please get in touch if you’d like to help. For further details please contact us on 087 9822695 or email homesforunwantedgreyhounds@eircom.net.
