At the end of 2019 Kidzootd held its first two-day catwalk and pop-up shop within the fantastic Baby to Toddler Event at the Birmingham NEC. In this online magazine special you will find all our catwalk photos taken by our photographer for the weekend Amaani @maanipe along with behind the scenes, brand and event information. With Kidzootd Magazine being an ultimate guide to kids fashion, lifestyle and fun we have also included special worldwide ‘directory’ pages so you can check out new brands you might not have known about or spot the brands you already are loving! Kidzootd first
Catwalk and Pop-up shop December 2019 hosted within the Baby to Toddler event.
Baby to Toddler is the ultimate shopping destination for expectant parents to young families and offers a variety of products from first time baby equipment to accessories and Christmas gifts. The two-day shopping event provided guests invaluable access to free first aid workshops, infant learning sessions plus a new Kids Play Zone, to help keep little ones occupied and enable them to try the latest toys and products. To make sure the day was enjoyable and stress free as possible there were dedicated changing areas with free nappies, wipes and products and feeding kitchen provided by MAM stocked with a full range of free food provided by Babease with lots of products for little-ones to try and explore. The Kidzootd Catwalk and Pop-up shop was a new addition to the event which consisted of established and new independent brands which you will find out more over the next few pages. WELL DONE to all our amazing models signed with Kidzootd Agency who took part in our catwalk and to our presenters Saffron and Zerina! And a HUGE THANK YOU to our staff for making this event a Kidzootd highlight of 2019.

Forever As BIG fans of mini me trending, we were so excited for Forever Sewing to take part in our catwalk!

We had all the family from babies, children, moms, dads and grandmas hit the catwalk in their personalised loungewear from the brand.
Forever Sewing offer a wide range of personalised high quality, organic clothing and what is so great about Forever Sewing is that you get to choose the colours, fonts and materials of your products, providing a totally unique and bespoke product for your child and family. The company started off producing simple personalisation with initials on the left side of the chest and left leg area something that wasn’t readily available on the market at this time. Abeille Abeille Children Clothing is a cheerful, elegant and bespoke British brand founded in 2019 for children 1–10 years old. The name Abeille meaning ‘bee’, was chosen as it symbolises community, brightness, power and nature.
We meet the ambitious young women behind the brand, Klevina Shahmani, Seada Merkulaj, and Eralda Bisha who as female entrepreneurs message is that of equality: women raising and helping one another by working and building together. On the catwalk, the brand showcased their gorgeous ‘Archaic’ collection which includes designs such as a Vintage inspired two piece suit; peter-pan collars, satin A line dresses and one of our favourites a stunning asymmetrical, wool and poly coat! The collection was inspired by vintage, old style movies and legendary hollywood actress Shirley Temple.

Hummel Kids HummelKIDS is a danish kidswear brand for active, curious and adventurous kids and our models shown the great variety of products in store from outerwear, outfits, shoes and accessories.
Founded in 1923, Hummel is one of the oldest, most dedicated team sport brands in the business and we were proud to share a selection of children looks plus a few looks from the adult collection to show the whole family can rock out together wearing the brand. Our Saturday catwalk host was also wearing the brand which, if attending, you might have spotted! Key features for the kidswear include durable fabrics, comfort fit and functional features everything an active little one needs.

Desert Young
Starting off show two of our catwalk was Premium Streetwear — Desert Young. The brand specialises in urban style, with yeezy vibes for children 1–6 years old. Desert Young was created by Sameeha, mother of two who was determined to make something for children that was different, stylish, unique and suitable for everyday, but most of all made from the softest and very best fabrics possible. The Kidzootd models rocked their catwalk looks with comfort as the products are made to fit slightly oversized for a relaxed and cool style. The current unisex collection consists of six sets with neutral colours and proved to be a great hit with shoppers at the baby to toddler event!

Little Lord and Lady It was a pleasure to share on our catwalk Little Lord and Lady who create British Vintage attire with quirky styles in unique prints and exquisite fabrics.
Designed in the UK, each story is based on British location. Weaving together this heritage and style, the brands distinctive clothes tell stories of British culture. The catwalk looks consisted of the Little Lord collections: Silverstone — for the racing mini gentlemen, Edinburgh — featuring hound print and luxury tweed, Threadneedle Street — colours of the aristocratic, turn of the century gentleman banker. For the Little Ladies, we featured looks from the following collections: Oakwell Hall featuring woodland scenes, Holland Park — bright colours and unique prints and Cherry Tree Lane — elegant soft pinks and purple. It was hard to pick our favourite collection as we loved them all! The brand caters for 1–14 years and for the individuality of siblings so they can look similar but not the same.

We finished off show two of our catwalk, with a spectacular street dance-off where our mini models wearing an alliance of the Unique brands Chase Closet and Little People London, who were both individually created by mumtrepaners. The brands recognised a similar vision and came together to show off their amazing collaboration amongst their own ranges. Chase Closet handmade range included retro, logo and newspaper 90s style prints while Little People London brought us boiler suits, neon brights, monochrome and tutus. The brands Paradise collaboration was one you might have spotted from the front cover of Issue 4 Kidzootd Magazine!

Mora UK "A fantastically ran event, that went off without a hitch! It really gave non-fashion brands like ourselves the chance to showcase our products to an engaging and responsive target audience. A very successful event that we hope to be a part of in 2020!"
Within the Kidzootd Pop-up shop Mora blankets (baby to adults) were loved by the Baby to Toddler shoppers!
