Welcome!.

Tonight, you are changing lives. Every dollar you spend and donate at Cork & Barrel supports healing for children who have experienced abuse.

Cork & Barrel is KIDS Center’s largest fundraiser. Over three days, close to 1,000 attendees help raise more than $500,000 to help fund KIDS Center’s essential services. Because of your generosity, children and families across Central Oregon have the chance to heal and experience a brighter future.

Thank you for joining us for this incredible weekend, made possible by our generous and committed guest wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, chefs, restaurants and eateries, sponsors, donors, and volunteers. In line with our mission of keeping families safe, please celebrate responsibly and have a wonderful time!

Cheers!

In Central Oregon, hundreds of children will experience abuse this year.

Close to 500 children will come to KIDS Center in 2025 in search of hope and healing. KIDS Center is our region’s Children’s Advocacy Center, with a medical model designed to wrap children and their families with services and support. Children referred to KIDS Center receive an independent child abuse evaluation, which includes a forensic interview and a head-to-toe medical exam Families are assigned a family advocate who can help connect families with community resources. Children, their siblings, and non-offending caregivers can also return for on-going healing therapy.

Without these interventions, children who have experienced abuse can struggle with devastating, life-long impacts: difficulty in school, poor physical and mental health, an increased risk of addiction, social isolation, and difficulty trusting others. It’s clear: kids need KIDS Center.

Cork & Barrel helps ensure cost is never a barrier to healing.

It costs—on average—$7,600 to provide direct services to a child and their family. These costs reflect the time-consuming work to support their healing process as well as a community’s child abuse investigation process. Our highly-trained team of professionals thoroughly document each case, preserve evidence, coordinate with community partners, and often testify at trial.

Cork & Barrel raises nearly 20% of KIDS Center’s annual budget, making it possible for families to receive KIDS Center services at no cost.

Thanks to your generosity at Cork & Barrel, hundreds of Central Oregon children and families will start their healing journey at KIDS Center this year.

AUCTION GUIDELINES

Payment

1. All payments shall be by cash, credit card, stock, charitable fund, certified check, or personal check made payable to KIDS Center. We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.

2. Full payment must be made for all purchases at the conclusion of the Auction, unless payment arrangements have been made, such as payment to be coming from a stock or fund.

3. Cashiers, located in the Check-In Tent, will accept payment after the auction, unless Purchaser has previously opted to use the Quick Check-Out method (below).

Quick Check-In and Check-Out

Quick Check-In saves time by eliminating the need to stop and pay at the Check-Out area at the end of the Auction.

1. At registration, swipe your MasterCard, VISA or American Express card, or give your credit card information to the cashier. NO CHARGES will be issued to your card unless you make purchases or donations. If you opted to keep a credit card on file from your ticket purchase, that credit card will be verified at check-in for easy checkout and payment.

2. Maximize the impact of your gift by covering your 3% credit card processing fee. Just let us know at check-in! (Cork & Barrel credit card fees cost KIDS Center almost $15,000 each year!)

3. Please verify your cell phone number to receive your unique bidding link. This will ensure only you and your authorized bidders are accessing your account for Cork & Barrel online.

4. At the end of the evening, simply proceed to the Check-Out Tent (the same area where you checked in) to verify and claim your purchases. If no purchases are made, your card will not be charged, and any voided blank checks will be returned to you by mail. On Friday, you can carry any items you won to the Check-Out Tent. Have your bid number ready to verify you are the winner, and you can take your items home.

Conditions of Purchase

1. KIDS Center and the Cork & Barrel Wine Event (the “Seller”) reserves the right to refuse admission to, or attendance by, any person at the Auction or related events.

2. The auctioneer is the agent for the Seller.

3. All wine and other items are sold “as is.” Purchasers must rely only on their own inspection and/or opinion; Seller makes no warranties, expressed or implied.

4. Seller does not warrant or represent, and expressly denies responsibility for, and in no event shall be responsible for, the accuracy or description of wines offered, or the correctness of the catalog, including, but not limited to the origin, rarity, age, genuineness, quality, quantity, or condition.

5. Unless specifically set forth, all auction items expire on July 19, 2026.

Bidding

1. All bids are per item as set forth in the catalog, unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer.

2. Seller may combine or divide any item(s) at their sole discretion.

3. Auctioneer and Seller have the right to reject any bid at any time prior to the fall of the hammer without liability. If the Auctioneer decides that any opening bid does not correspond with the value of the article offered, the Auctioneer may reject the bid and withdraw the item from sale; and if, having acknowledged an opening bid, the Auctioneer decides that any advance thereafter is insufficient, the auctioneer may reject the advance.

4. No live auction bid shall be valid unless expressly acknowledged by the Auctioneer.

5. The highest Bidder acknowledged during the Live Auction, Silent, or Super Silent Auction shall be the Purchaser and therein assumes full risk and responsibility.

6. By raising a bidder paddle, making a proxy bid, or making a Silent or Super Silent auction bid, the Bidder warrants that s/he will pay the full purchase price if successful.

7. The Auctioneer shall have the absolute right to resolve any dispute, re-offer, resell, or withdraw the lot in question. If any dispute arises after the sale, the Seller’s sale records shall be conclusive in all respects.

8. All items offered for sale may be subject to a minimum price below which such lot will not be sold. That minimum price may be publicly stated or confidential.

9. Silent and Super Silent auction bid closing times will be posted. At close, the highest acknowledged Bidder shall be deemed to have purchased the item.

Item Pick Up and Shipping

1. Purchases must be picked up by the purchaser prior to leaving the venue at the conclusion of the Auction. Buyers will receive a receipt listing their purchases and after reviewing and approving the receipt, they will pick up their items.

2. If buyers are not present at the conclusion, buyers may pick up items on Friday, July 25, 2025 at KIDS Center from 9 am–6 pm. Or call 541-383-5958 to make special arrangements.

3. Any item(s) not removed from the venue by the above time will be held for three (3) weeks at KIDS Center, 1375 NW Kingston Ave, Bend, OR 97703. KIDS Center will make an attempt to contact the winning bidder. If the Bidder fails to retrieve the item(s) in question by the end of the three-week period, KIDS Center will assume the Bidder has abandoned the property and relinquished it to KIDS Center, treat the Bidder’s payment as a straight donation to KIDS Center, and seek to make other use of the item(s) that the Bidder has abandoned.

4. Purchaser shall incur all shipping and insurance costs for items not picked up at the conclusion of the Auction. Shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Out-of-state Bidders shall be familiar with the laws of their locality since shipping regulations, especially those pertaining to beverages of alcoholic content, vary from state to state.

6. In the event of loss or damage to any item incurred in the course of its handling or storage during the auction event and before possession is taken by the Buyer, the Buyer will be compensated as follows: 1) if the item has not been paid for, the exact amount of the bid placed will be subtracted from the Buyer’s purchases; or 2) if the item has been paid for, the Buyer will receive a refund of that bid amount.

WINERIES COLUMBIA GORGE & WILLAMETTE VALLEY

Dr. Madaiah Revana’s love of the great wines from Burgundy launched a search for the perfect piece of land in the Willamette Valley. Today, Alexana Winery has one of the most unique vineyards in the US, with 18 soil types found within 55 acres in the Dundee Hills. Dr. Revana’s boyhood on a farm in India gave him an appreciation for the rhythms of the land. He recognizes the depth of knowledge needed to succeed with a specialized crop. Alexana wines receive the highest of accolades every year.

AMATERRA’s process allows for the gentlest handling of fruit while maintaining desired structure and delicate aromatics. Their unique winemaking process allows for careful control of tannin extraction. Vinification and barrel-aging in small lots allows AMATERRA to layer in complexity and showcase terroir-driven wines every year.

Owned by Bill Foley, The Four Graces encompasses four sustainably-farmed estate vineyards. The winery produces Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc renowned nationally and internationally for their balance, elegance, complexity, and richness. Winemaker Tim Jones joined The Four Graces team in May of 2018 and has developed a close connection to the wine through all stages of the winemaking process. Says Jones, “With our four estate vineyards, we get to taste and compare some of the best grapes in the Willamette Valley.”

When Thane Hawkins moved to Oregon, he immediately fell in love with the Willamette Valley, and more specifically, Pinot Noir. Ten years later, Hawkins Cellars found a home on Underwood Mountain in the Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area, with a climate akin to Alsace. Hawkins grows and sources cool climate varietals, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, Mourvedre, and Viognier from world class vineyard sites around Washington’s Yakima Valley.

L’Angolo Estate is a 100% estate winery with 16 acres of Pinot Noir and 4 acres of Chardonnay. Located within the Dundee Hills, most of the estate is covered with the Dundee’s famous Jory soil. L’Angolo planted four clones of Pinot Noir and two clones of Chardonnay across 13 clonespecific vineyard blocks make the most of the site’s geologic variation. Taking their cue from the traditional winemaking methods of Burgundy, L’Angolo takes a hands off approach in the cellar to showcase the true terroir of each vintage.

In 1974, long before Oregon had its booming modern wine industry, Laurel Ridge Winery founder David Teppola purchased a 240-acre farm just east of Carlton, Oregon. With its perfect southern exposure, it looked like an excellent future vineyard site. As luck would have it, the estate vineyard is in one of the valley’s premier sub-appellations, the Yamhill-Carlton AVA. The Willakenzie Loam is a soil that consistently produces premier, award-winning, and distinct Pinot Noir. Laurel Ridge Winery is now a second generation family-owned winery with a tasting room in Bend.

When CJ McCollum moved to Oregon to join the Portland Trail Blazers, he found himself just a short drive away from one of the top wine regions in the country. CJ was already passionate about wine, thanks to his wife Elise. In 2020, he launched McCollum Heritage 91. In 2021, Elise and CJ acquired 318 acres in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, advancing their long-term vision of creating an exceptional vineyard that produces worldclass wines.

In 1998, Lynn and Ron Penner-Ash founded Penner-Ash Wine Cellars in the Northern Willamette Valley’s Yamhill-Carlton AVA. Bringing to life their shared vision, through years of hard work and unyielding commitment, the pair built a reputation for lush, layered Pinot Noir. They produced their first vintage on site in 2005. PennerAsh continues to source from premier vineyards across the Willamette Valley sub-AVAs, grounded in decades-long relationships with grower neighbors and friends.

Established in 1970, Ponzi Vineyards was among the first founding wineries to put the Willamette Valley on the map as a world-class wine region. In 2021, Ponzi was acquired by the venerated Champagne producer Bollinger, bringing new opportunity and energy to the brand. The pioneering spirit of Ponzi Vineyards is as alive as ever, celebrating the purest expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in the renowned Laurelwood District AVA.

Prince Hill Vineyards is a testament to terroir. At the namesake site, vines bask in the pristine conditions above the fog line, while the red Jory soil offers steadfast nourishment. This meticulous care yields wines of remarkable approachability and exquisite flavor. In the greater Willamette Valley, fertile soils benefit from cooler climates ideal for winegrowing. At higher elevations—like at Prince Hill’s eponymous site—a slow and steady ripening process enhances the complexity and elegance of the crafted wines.

PROJECT M Wine is the vision of Meg and Jerry Murray. With more than 30 years of collective wine industry experience, they craft precise and elegant Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Rosé and Riesling from distinctive sites in the Willamette Valley. The mission of PROJECT M Wine is to enhance their customer’s quality of life. PROJECT M Wine works with growers of premium fruit in the Willamette Valley, all of whom share the same deep respect and reverence for the land.

Native to Oregon’s vineyards and farmland, owners Cody and Marque Wright are most intrigued by wines that reveal the history of their local landscape. Winemaker Cody has been in the cellar his whole life—with stints at home and abroad— and has followed in the footsteps of his father, Ken Wright. All Purple Hands Winery wines undergo native fermentation and remain unrefined and unfiltered at bottling to preserve their natural, wild character. Achieving elegance in this pursuit is the passion and art of their craft.

Featured in Live Auction Lot 1 and Lot 4!

Ruby Vineyard makes naturally-crafted wines from some of the oldest vines in Oregon wine country. Located in the Laurelwood District AVA, the estate site consists of 43 year old vines that are farmed organically without the use of harmful pesticides or fertilizers. Ruby’s winemaking style pays homage to ancient techniques while continuing to delicately balance the flavors of traditional and natural wine. Each bottle expresses the place and the great depth and natural character imparted by the unique Laurelwood soils in the vineyard.

When Susan Sokol and Bill Blosser planted their first vines in the Dundee Hills AVA of the Willamette Valley 1971, there was no wine industry in Oregon. Sokol Blosser Winery has grown and prospered as a family-owned and run operation, and is proud to have a hand in developing and shaping Oregon’s now prominent wine industry. Sokol Blosser Winery creates wines of world class quality that are produced sustainably, mindful of the environment, and express the distinctive flavors of their hillside vineyards.

Featured in Live Auction Lot 1 and the Grand Cru Silent Auction!

Soléna Estate showcases the beauty of terroir in site-specific wines from their 80-acre estate in Yamhill-Carlton and McMinnville AVAs, as well as iconic single vineyards around the Northwest. Soléna is well known for consistent, ageable Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Their entrepreneurial spirit means they are always expanding their offerings.

Over the last 30 years, the Stoller family has patiently transformed their 400-acre property into the largest contiguous vineyard in Oregon’s Dundee Hills. They control every step of the winegrowing and winemaking process, from pruning to bottling and everything in between. The result is award-winning wines that are balanced and complex. Stoller Family Estate was the first winery in the world to receive LEED Gold certification, attesting that our winery is sustainably built and environmentally friendly. Stoller has been recognized as Oregon’s Most Admired Winery by the Portland Business Journal for eight consecutive years.

The Pines 1852 owner and vintner, Lonnie Wright, first came to the abandoned, century-old vineyard in 1982 for the Old Vine Zinfandel. Wright has gradually expanded The Pines Estate Vineyard with another zinfandel block using starts off the old vine zin, along with Merlot and Syrah. In 2001, Peter Rosback came on board as winemaker and began producing limited-production boutique wines. The family-owned and operated winery is involved in each step of getting the grape into the bottle: from hand-picking to bottling to hand-waxing the neck.

Chris Figgins has deep wine roots in Walla Walla— his parents, Gary and Nancy Figgins, founded Leonetti Cellar, Walla Walla’s oldest winery. As the CEO and Winemaking Director for Figgins Family Wine Estates, Chris launched Toil Oregon Winery as a small-production Willamette Valley brand featuring Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The winery’s label harks back to a family photo from 1974 of Chris’ uncle William toiling to plant the Leonetti Vineyard.

In 1998, Carl and Marilynn Thoma opened up a new frontier of the Willamette Valley when they chose a wild, out-of-the-way place where the winds blew just right. Perched upon a windy knoll in Dallas, Oregon, Van Duzer Vineyards is in the direct path of the cooling marine winds that rush through a deep gap in the coastal range—the Van Duzer corridor. This unique climate produces world-class wines that are nuanced and expertly balanced with lightness and intensity.

Jim Bernau, founder and CEO of Willamette Valley Vineyards, began building his Oregon wine dream from a young age. A native Oregonian, Bernau’s journey started from winemaking at home to studies at UC Davis to time spent in Beaune, France. Ultimately, his path led back to the fertile Willamette Valley. Unable to afford drip irrigation, he watered the vines in his newly planted Estate vineyard using 17 lengths of 75’ garden hose to get the grapelings through their first summer! Today, Willamette Valley Vineyards is internationally recognized as a premium producer of Pinot Noir.

MEET OUR AUCTIONEER

Fred Northup, Jr.

Salvador Dali Original Print: Flordali II

Dali worked with Atelier Matthieu to translate his fanciful collage of 19th century botanical engravings, hand-drawn figures and watercolor washes, into a limited edition of lithograph prints. True to the Surrealist tradition, Flordali II is full of symbolic and fantastical figures and distinctly Dali-esque themes: vanishing lines, mountainous contours, and anthropomorphized plants and fruits. The butterflies signify lightness, evolution, harmony and metamorphosis. Flordali II is one of Dali’s last prints—shortly after, he developed hand tremors from Parkinson’s. Printed on Arches paper with selective embossing and published by Inter Art Senans. Signed by the artist and stamped with the edition number 4169/5000 on the back. This original print is framed to conservation standards and preserved under museum glass. Frame size: 35”x45”. Updated with extra deep archival mats, courtesy of Eastlake Framing, this beautiful work of art is ready for your home!

About Salvador Dali

Spanish (1904-1989)

Few artists from the 20th century have achieved the level of public recognition and admiration as Salvador Dali. Born in Figueres in Catalonia, Dalí received his formal education in fine arts in Madrid. Influenced by Impressionism and the Renaissance masters in his youth, he became increasingly attracted to Cubism and avant-garde movements. By the late 1920s he had moved closer to Surrealism and became one of the leading members of the Surrealist group. Dali’s “nuclear mysticism” style is based on his interest in classicism, mysticism, and scientific advancements.

7 Nights in Croatia for 8, with Tours, Dinner and a Sunset Cruise!

Croatia is one of the most beautiful European countries and truly has something for everyone. Nestled between the Balkans and Central Europe, Croatia is a country rich in both history and natural wonders. Go island hopping, explore limestone caves and endless green forests, and sample the growing food and wine culture.

Stay in a beautiful 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom villa, immersed in the Croatian countryside near Dubrovnik. A perfect location for exploring both the city and the surrounding region. Dubrovnik is just a short 20-minute drive away, but at your villa, you will enjoy a quiet and peaceful stay, far from the buzz of the city. Beautiful Mediterranean beaches are nearby, as well as natural parks where you can walk or hike, recharging in nature. The property has plenty of space for relaxing, with a large outdoor patio that has immense, comfortable sofas. Take a refreshing dip in the private pool, surrounded by ancient olive trees.

Enjoy a fabulous dinner prepared by a private chef with traditional dishes from the area, right in the comfort of your villa. Your private chef will prepare a deliciously tantalizing 3-course meal focusing on traditional plates of the Dalmatian Coast, using fresh seasonal ingredients from the region.

Explore Dubrovnik, “the Pearl of the Adriatic” on a 3-hour private guided walking tour of the city’s historic Old Town. The perfect end to a perfect day? A private sunset boat tour! Croatia is famous for its beautiful coastline and crystalline waters. On this 2-hour excursion, see the coast from a new

LIVE AUCTION

perspective. Sail alongside the walls of the Old Town, stop at Lokrum Island for a quick swim, and then settle in to watch the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine alongside good company.

Want to schedule more activities? Concierge and travel assistance is included for all your adventure, tour and travel desires!

This trip is perfect for 4 couples or a large family or group. This lovely villa will accommodate your group in comfort and provide the backdrop to make memories for a lifetime. And, bonus, you have two years to take this trip! Let’s go to Croatia!
