Back to School Cupcakes! Back to School Cupcakes!

These fun and festive cupcakes are perfect for celebrating back-to-school season!

Made with vanilla cake mix and topped with a sugar wafer designed to look like a pencil, each cupcake features pink and white candy melts and a chocolate chip “pencil tip.”

Prep & Cook Time: 40 minutes total | Yields: 24 cupcakes

Key Ingredients:

Vanilla cake mix, eggs, oil, water

Sugar wafer cookies

Pink & white candy melts

Chocolate chips

White frosting

Steps:

1.Bake cupcakes using vanilla cake mix.

2.Shape sugar wafers into pencil tips.

3.Dip ends in pink and white candy melts to create erasers and tips.

4.Add halved chocolate chips for the pencil point.

5.Frost cupcakes and top with decorated wafer "pencils."

6.Perfect as snacks or party treats!
