+ Worked on multiple renovation projects, including Lamar Community College Capital Renewal and Library Renovation, Lamar Community College Equestrian Center Roof Replacement, Colorado School of Deaf and Blind Playground, Colorado Talking Book Library, Lamar Community College Program Plan, and Community College of Aurora ADA Upgrades.
+ Created bid drawings, change order and ASI drawings, specifications, existing conditions, photo layouts, furniture plan and material board, room data sheets, code compliance plans, and cost estimates of the current facility’s value.
+ Performed field visits to assess existing conditions, direct contractors in executing building moves, and ensure compliance with specifications and ADA standards.
