When my 19 year old daughter died in 2019, I learned how to heal myself. Learning to heal myself required me to manage mythoughts,regulatemyemotions,followmyheart,andlisten tomyintuition. Idugdeepandilluminated thedarkplaces.
Itransformeddecadesofabuseandneglect,trauma,emotional andmedicalconditions,aswellasgrieffollowingthebirthand deathofmychild.
I learned who I am, who I am not, who I want to be, and who I don'twanttobe. Ialignedwiththepowerthatiswithinmeto create a life that is authentic to me. So can you. I created this program to share with you the ways I healed myself following thedeathofmychild.

It is my intention to offer you knowledge, skills, and abilities thatmaybeusedastoolstofacilitateyourhealing.
