ONBOARDING TIMELINE YOUR
Post Offer Acceptance
Within 48 hours of accepting your offer, People Operations will initiate your onboarding process via HiBob, our HRIS and onboarding portal.
An email from HiBob titled “Invitation to Join FreedomCare” will be sent to your personal email prompting you to start completing your onboarding documents.
1 Week Before Your Start
3 Days Before Your Start

i9complete@trackercorp.com prompting you to complete the remote Form I-9 verification
ITonboarding@freedomcareny.com with equipment tracking information.

inviting you to attend the IT Welcome Session, scheduled at 9:00 AM EST on your first day.
Complete the onboarding documents no later than one week before your start date.

Expect an email from HiBob the Friday before your start date with your FreedomCare email address (also your login username) A temporary login password will be provided during the IT Welcome session.
You will need your Wi-Fi network name and password to connect to your computer during the IT Welcome session.
Complete the remote I-9 verification process, no later than 3 days after your start date, per federal requirements

Your First Day
New Hire Orientation runs for 3 days from 9:00 am ET to 6:00 pm ET
Be ready to begin the IT
Welcome Session promptly at 9:00 am ET. We recommend powering on your computer at least 10 minutes prior.
Invitations to attend New Hire Orientation are located in your FreedomCare inbox in Outlook.
Have your FreedomCare email address and Wi-Fi information ready
Once you have access to your FreedomCare inbox in Outlook, accept all invitations to attend our virtual New Hire Orientation
Be camera-ready and available to participate in all New Hire Orientation sessions
If an emergency arises that prevents you from attending, notify your L&TD trainer at ltd@freedomcare.com as soon as possible
