e L&TD team is your goresource for New Hire ientation, onboarding aining, and compliance aining. The team is dicated to ensuring you ve the knowledge and aining support needed to thrive in your new role.

ONBOARDING TIMELINE

Before your first day, please take a moment to review the onboarding timeline. Be sure to watch for onboarding emails, and if you don't see them within the expected timeframes, check your spam or junk folder.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Within 48 hours of accepting your offer, our People Operations team will initiate your onboarding process via HiBob, our HRIS and onboarding portal.

An email titled “Invitation to Join FreedomCare” from HiBob will be sent to your personal email address to complete your onboarding documents. Onboarding documents must be completed no later than one week before your scheduled start date. Contact peopleops@freedomcareny.com with questions or concerns.

An email from i9complete@trackercorp.com with instructions to complete the remote I-9 verification process, to be completed no later than three days after your start date, per federal requirements.

An email from ITonboarding@freedomcareny.com with equipment tracking information will be sent to your personal email address.

A separate email inviting you to attend the IT Welcome Session, scheduled at 9:00 AM EST on your first day will be sent to your personal email from ITonboarding@freedomcareny.com. Accept the invite to confirm your attendance.

An email from HiBob will be sent the Friday before your start date with your FreedomCare email address (which is also your login username).

A temporary login password will be provided during the IT Welcome session.

You will need your Wi-Fi network name and password to connect to your computer during the IT Welcome session.

Be ready to begin the IT Welcome Session promptly at 9:00 AM ET. We recommend powering on your computer at least 10 minutes prior.

Have your FreedomCare email address and Wi-Fi information ready.

Invitations to attend our virtual New Hire Orientation will be in your FreedomCare inbox in Outlook. Accept all invites.

New Hire Orientation runs for three days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET. Please be camera-ready and available to participate in all sessions.

If an emergency arises that prevents you from attending, notify your L&TD trainer at ltd@freedomcare.com as soon as possible.
