This dynamic leader will manage a three shift manufacturing operation with direct oversight of a supervisory staff supporting all production departments. Will play an integral role in the development and implementation of action plans to support our tactical and strategic goals. Must excel at working in a very dynamic, demanding and fast paced team oriented, environment.
A successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, success at building and sustaining a high performance team, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience managing department budgets and a strong working knowledge of lean and six sigma tools.
